ISTANBUL - MADRID - (Toledo Tour) - GRANADA
We will be at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal ready for check-in, baggage drop, and passport control three hours prior to our flight. After these procedures, we will fly to Madrid with Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1099 at 10:00 AM. After our arrival in Madrid at 13:30 local time, we will head to Granada. En route, guests who wish to can participate in the extra organized Toledo Tour (50 Euro) program. Upon our arrival in Toledo, we will begin our tour. Founded by Jews in 590 BC, Toledo is one of Spain's most important cities in terms of historical and touristic significance, where people of three major religions live together peacefully. It is also known as the "city of knights." The largest river of the Iberian Peninsula, the Tagus, flows through the city. The city was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time. Being one of the largest medieval cities in the world, it has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List and is under protection. The author of Don Quixote, Cervantes, was born in this city. The Toledo Cathedral, which took about 270 years to build, was formerly a mosque and is the third most important cathedral in the world containing the most valuable works of art in Spain. Other panoramic sights we will see during our tour include San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascene work), and workshops and shops where gold craftsmanship is done. After the tour, we will continue our journey to Granada. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Granada region, we will have free time to check into the rooms and rest.
GRANADA - (Alhambra Palace) - CORDOBA - (Great Mosque-Cathedral Tour) - SEVILLE - (Flamenco Show) After breakfast and hotel check-out, we arrange our city tour in Granada. Founded on the fertile lands at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Granada is one of Spain's most touristic cities. During our panoramic tour of the city, which has been predominantly influenced by the Romans and the Umayyads throughout its rich history and hosts the Alhambra Palace, we will see attractions such as the statue of Queen Isabelle and Christopher Columbus, Grand Via, La Rambla, and the City Hall Square in the historic Andalusian/Granada streets, where there are remains from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods. After the city tour, there will be free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Alhambra Palace Tour (65 Euro). We will explore the Alhambra Palace, which is one of the most extraordinary memories in not only Andalusia but also in the entire Islamic history, famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. (The entrance fee is included; the tour will be conducted subject to the palace's availability, and the harem entrance is excluded). After the tour, we move to Cordoba. Guests who wish can join the optional Great Mosque-Cathedral Tour (45 Euro). In this tour, we will visit the Great Mosque-Cathedral, which is the third largest mosque in Islamic history by area and, in addition to that, one of the two largest examples of Spain's Maghrebi past, as an attraction in itself. Having switched between Islam and Christianity for centuries, the structure is currently used as a Catholic cathedral. After this tour, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Cordoba, where we will discover the city that was the largest in Europe under the auspices of the Islamic state in the 10th century and was established during the Roman Empire. We will see Alcazar De Los Reyes Cristianos, the Royal Palace, and the Roman Bridge, which have a history spanning 1000 years, all while experiencing the Islamic influences that can still be seen today and that earned the city center a spot on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1984. Following our visit to Cordoba, we proceed to Seville. Once we arrive in Seville, depending on the free time we provide, guests who wish can join the optional Flamenco Show (60 Euro). Known as the cry of the lower class to the upper class, the world-renowned Flamenco performance expresses the language of dance. After the show, we transfer to our hotel in the Sevilla region, check into our rooms, and have free time to rest.
SEVILLE - (Seville Masterpieces Tour) - LISBON - (Lisbon Masterpieces Tour)
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the optional Seville Masterpieces Tour (65 Euros). Seville, the most populous and developed city of Andalusia, owes its exotic and rich cultural history to the period of dominance by the Moors, who were North African Muslims. We will perform a panoramic city tour accompanied by beautiful and magnificent cathedrals, squares, palaces, museums, towers, and churches. During our city tour, places such as Plaza de Espana (Spain Square), where some scenes of Star Wars 2 were filmed, the hexagonal Torre del Oro (Golden Tower) originally built for defense purposes but later used as a prison, the Seville Cathedral, which is the 3rd largest Gothic cathedral in the world and has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987, the Giralda Bell Tower, and Maria Luisa Park will be included. After the tour of Seville, we will move to Lisbon. Upon arrival in Lisbon, guests who wish can participate in the optional Lisbon Masterpieces Tour (55 Euros) . As the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, like Istanbul, has two banks and is also the 6th city in Europe with the highest number of tourists annually. Governed throughout history by the Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims, and finally the Portuguese, Lisbon hosts many historical artifacts with its history dating back to 1200 BC. In Lisbon, during our tour, the historical part of the city where Rossio Square and St. George's Castle are located, and the Santa Justa Elevator will be among the main sights. After the city tour, we will offer free time in the city center. Continuing our city tour, we will see the Belem Tower, which was built during the Age of Discovery and symbolizes Portugal, and the Monument of the Discoveries, with free time for a photo break. Next, we will visit Avenida de Liberdade, known as the Champs-Élysées of Lisbon, famous for its cafes, quality shops, and restaurants, where we will have the chance to discover the city from different perspectives. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in the Lisbon region. Rooms will be assigned, followed by free time to rest.
LISBON - (Big Lisbon and Atlantic Coast Tour) - OBI DOS - PORTO - (Fado Show) After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we set off towards Obidos. On the way, guests who wish can join the extra organized program of the Big Lisbon and Atlantic Coast Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop will be the town of Sintra. Sintra will greet us with its boutique shops, colorful and ornate houses resembling castles, and cobblestone streets. However, the most significant feature that qualifies this town for the UNESCO World Heritage List is the architectural monuments and buildings from the Romantic Period. After the Sintra tour, our next stop will be Cabo da Roca, known as "The place where the world ends," which is the westernmost point of the European continent. After a short break to take photos of the famous beaches, which are a hotspot for surfers, we continue our tour with panoramic sightseeing in Cascais, a fishing village, and Estoril, known as the backyard of Lisbon, featuring SPA and thermal hotels, parks, and golf courses, as well as being famous for the casino scenes in the first Bond novel, Casino Royale. After the tour, we continue our journey to Obidos. In the medieval town of Obidos, surrounded by walls on the hill and with its cobblestone streets reflecting Renaissance, Baroque, and Gothic architectural features, we will visit the Roman-origin Obidos Castle, St. John the Baptist Church, and Rua Direita, which is the main street attracting the most visitors. After the Obidos tour, we proceed to Porto. On the way, guests who wish can participate in the optional Salamanca Tour (50 Euro). Salamanca, located in the northwest of Spain by the Tormes River, is a city that hosts the University of Salamanca, which is the first in Spain and one of the oldest in Europe, with its rich ancient history extending from the Carthaginians to the Romans. It is an active city in culture, trade, and tourism. We will conduct a tour of the historical and cultural heritage of Salamanca, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988, and offer a short free time at Plaza Mayor, listed as one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, before continuing our journey to Madrid. Upon arrival in Madrid, we will have a city tour. As the capital of the Spanish Kingdom and the third largest city in the European Union, Madrid is considered the political, economic, and cultural center of the country. During our city tour, we will see places such as Plaza Mayor, Paseyo de la Castellana, the bullfighting arena, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, and the Royal Palace. In this program, we first reach Barcelona from Madrid in a comfortable journey of about 3 hours on the high-speed train. Upon arrival at the train station in Barcelona, we start our tour with our guide. (This tour, which will be organized depending on the number of participants, will have a tour guide who will accompany guests who purchase the High-Speed Train and Barcelona Masterpieces Tour program and will travel with them to Barcelona by high-speed train.) BARCELONA - (Barcelona Icons Tour) - (Figueres - Dali Museum Tour)
After breakfast, we have a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish can join the extra Barcelona Icons Tour (65 Euro). Our tour will first take us to Carmel Hill, where we will enjoy the magnificent view of the city, and then we will visit Park Guell, which was designed and built by Antoni Gaudi. We offer free time for photos and exploring in Guell Park, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1984, and takes visitors to a fairy tale land with vibrant colors and nature-inspired figures. Afterwards, we will see one of Gaudi's most important architectural works, the Casa Mila (Gaudi's House), and we will complete our tour by walking around La Sagrada Familia. Guests participating in the Barcelona Icons Tour will also have the option to join the Figueres - Dali Museum Tour “(75 Euro) during their free time. In the first part of our tour, we will head towards Figueres, home to the museum that Salvador Dali designed to showcase his works in a theater building where he was born. After a short tour of the surroundings in Figueres, we will visit the Dali Museum “entry fee included” and we will embark on an art tour with our guide to explore the 4000 works of Dali housed in the museum. After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we head to the airport for our flight to Istanbul. Guests who wish can join the optional Outlet Tour (25 Euro) that is being organized. Our visit to the outlet center, which offers a pleasant and affordable shopping experience for visitors with its stylish stores of many prestigious brands, cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, will be followed by our journey to the airport. After arriving at the airport, we will complete our ticket, baggage check-in, and passport control processes, and then we will fly to Istanbul at 13:50 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1092. Arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:20 local time and end of our tour.

According to the Package Tour Sales Contract Regulation;
- For all products, you have the right to cancel and refund without penalty up to 31 days before the tour departure date.
- For all products, a 65% penalty (deduction) will apply for cancellations made between 30 and 16 days before the tour departure date.
- In cases of non-refundable operations such as visa and insurance, a 100% deduction will be applied.
- For all products, cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour departure date will result in a 100% penalty.
GENERAL TERMS
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Venüs Tur may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For added services purchased outside the tour; if an internal flight connected by Venüs Tur is canceled, it will also be refunded to the guest. However, for visa services and travel health insurance where an application has been made on behalf of the guest, no refund can be made as these services have been utilized. If the guest purchased the internal connection flight from a different provider independent of Venüs Tur, they cannot claim any refund from Venüs Tur in the case of cancellation. The guest accepts that Venüs Tur is not responsible for any financial and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour upon purchasing the tour.
- In the event sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Venüs Tur has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, individual provision of the tour for the guest will be considered, and the included guiding service will only cover the inbound and outbound airport transfers for international travel.
Cancellation and Change
- In the event of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request time, so prior information should be obtained regarding the refund. Venüs Tur cannot guarantee the refund for additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
- Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the tours may not take place, or the prices and contents of extra tours may change. Additionally, the days and times of tours may change at the discretion of the guide due to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany the guests during extra tours.
- The vehicles assigned for extra tours are for the use of guests who purchased this extra tour.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general introduction to the cities and are made as panoramic tours with narration from the guide without including entries to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours last up to 2-3 hours. In case of situations where local authorities do not allow entry or if the roads remain closed due to any event, the guides are not responsible for the failure of the tours to take place. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if access is restricted at some locations.
- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or extra tours based on the number of participants and the opening status of museums and historical sites. This applies in cases of flight hour changes as well.
- Participation in extra tours is voluntary and not mandatory. Guests who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are considered to accept waiting at a suitable rest facility along the way. These guests will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same spot after the tour is completed. Any personal expenses during the waiting period are at their own expense.
Regarding Flights
- Venüs Tur acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
- There may be delays or changes in departure times on scheduled and charter flights. Venüs Tur is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the tour.
- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
- According to airline regulations, if the departure flight tickets are purchased as round trip and the outbound flight is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Check-in and boarding procedures required for those participating in air tours are personal tasks and must be performed by the guests at airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information should be followed by the guests themselves.
- Venüs Tur is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the required times according to airline regulations, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time but fail to board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets for missed flights and transfers in the destination area are the responsibility of the guests.
- Generally, the baggage weight limit for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight limit may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage charges/weight rules are set by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Venüs Tur.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class) can do so depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued. No mile guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.
- In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an additional fee.
Other Matters
- Venüs Tur will not assume responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of Venüs Tur will apply.
- In cases where hotels are provided with only category information without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or alternatives are provided for the same destination, the guest will be informed by Adios Tour 48 hours before the trip.
- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, guests will be informed by Adios Tour 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
- When registering for the purchased tour, it is essential for the guest to accurately enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in their passport in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will be borne by the guests.
- To use mobile phones abroad, it is essential to check with the telecommunications company whether the phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey.
- Check-in time at the hotel is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
- Venüs Tur will inform the hotel of requests regarding the room (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). The reserved rooms will be provided according to the guest's preferences based on hotel availability. The realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Adios Tour.
- Breakfasts offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is offered as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two separate beds that can be joined together when needed.
- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type.
- All requests for extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and are subject to hotel availability and must be confirmed by the hotel.
- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application; the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The guests acknowledge and accept the potential crowding and bed types due to the additional beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or reservations with children.
- In hotel reservations, if the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children are incorrectly stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices only apply if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply to the 'single child' in the age group staying with 2 adults.
- The exchange rates during the day are reflected in the TL prices. The applicable exchange rates are the ones at the time of payment. Any additional requests you may have for some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel may be subject to additional fees. These expenses are not included in the price as at the time of purchase and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes imposed in this way are collected from the guests by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country being visited, road works, and other factors.
- Venüs Tur may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used without breaking the tour's content in case of mandatory situations or when deemed necessary.
- Guests participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identifications, and Adios Tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or to the person are borne by the owner of the item.
- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and reports in case of health issues.
- For any additional expenses, upon check-in, the hotel may request an official identification/passport with a photograph and a credit card or cash deposit, which is returned upon check-out between the hotel and the guest, and Adios Tour has no involvement in this process.
Visa and Passport
- Visa application exists for Turkish citizens.
- Venüs Tur is an intermediary between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate has the right to deny or refuse a visa if deemed necessary. Venüs Tur has no responsibility regarding the guest's inability to obtain a visa. Venüs Tur only assumes the role of intermediary. There are no sanctions or responsibilities for personal visa applications.
- For visa applications, it is required to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date along with the documents listed in the documents list that can be obtained from our agency. There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date is sufficient.
- Guests who already have a visa related to the tour or those who will not be making any visa applications through Venüs Tur are also required to have passports that are valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date.
- During customs crossings/border gates, at least 2 blank pages are required in your passport to have an entry-exit stamp.
- Having a visa or possessing a special qualified passport that does not require a visa does not necessarily guarantee entry/exits to and from the country, as the border police have the authority to deny entry/out exit. - Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship using another country's passport must personally inquire with the relevant consulates regarding visa procedures for the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, Adios Tour will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
- Visa applications can be made starting 3 months prior to the tour departure. To ensure your visa process proceeds smoothly and to avoid being influenced by seasonal congestion or differences in practices at the consulates, it is recommended to complete your visa application as soon as possible after 3 months remain until the tour departure date.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if their issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be refused entry into the country they are visiting or may not be allowed to fly by airline companies from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid issues at the border control due to ripped, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; passports should be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must also be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Valid Schengen visas in canceled passports cannot be used for travel.
- Guests under the age of 18 who will be traveling alone or with only one parent must be aware that officials may request a document demonstrating the mutual consent of both parents upon entry-exit, so it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
