- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these processes must be completed by the guests at airports, either at relevant airline counters or online on the websites of the airlines before the flight.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced vocally at airports and displayed on the information boards at the venue. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
- VENÜS TOUR is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the reported times according to the airline rules for flight participation, have not completed check-in and boarding procedures on time, or have completed these procedures on time but did not board the plane. All costs regarding the procurement of necessary new flight tickets for guests who miss their flights for participating in the tour, as well as transfers in the destination area, etc., are the responsibility of the guests.

Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight tickets cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

It is ensured that the reserved rooms correspond to the guests' preferences according to hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in at the hotel, and VENÜS TOUR cannot guarantee them.
- Breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast typically found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall reserved for groups.

- If the number of children that will stay with adults and their ages are incorrectly declared by our guests during hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility is on the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to determine the age of children.
- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to the eligible age group for “one child” staying next to two adults.
- Daily exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Any additional requests, as well as some extra services that you will receive in the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes being implemented will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.

- To ensure that your passport receives entry-exit stamps at customs borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that you can enter/exit the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. VENÜS TOUR is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, VENÜS TOUR cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues.
