On the 1st Day of Our Montenegro-Kosovo Tour with Ajet Airlines, we will meet in front of the check-in counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal.... After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Pristina at 13:30 on Ajet Airlines' flight number 101. Arrival in Pristina at 14:05. After passport, luggage, and customs procedures, we will pass through Pristina panoramically with our private vehicle and proceed to Shkodra, located in the far north of Albania. Guests can join the extra organized Prizren tour (30 EUR) if they wish. In Prizren, which is one of the most charming cities of Kosovo, a country with a majority Muslim Albanian population and one of the youngest states in the world, we will see sights including the Turkish Bath from the 17th century, the Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, Prizren Fortress, Orthodox Church, and Christ Saviour Church. After our tour, we will arrive in Shkodra (or its surroundings). Overnight at our hotel.

On the 2nd day of our Montenegro Kosovo Tour with AJet Airlines After breakfast at our hotel, we move to Montenegro. Afterwards, we give free time at a location deemed suitable by our guide. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Sv. Stefan-Budva Kotor-Tivat-Perast- tour.(70 EUR) Our first stop is St. Stefan, which has turned into a holiday destination for the jet-set after being expropriated from fishermen and later sold to a Singaporean multimillionaire, where we will take a panoramic stop to view it from above, and then we move on to Budva. After the panoramic tour we will have in Budva, we arrive in the city of Tivat, where Porto Montenegro is located. In Tivat, known as the Monaco of Montenegro, you can relax in its luxury cafes, or unwind by swimming or walking along the beach. After some free time, we head towards Kotor. Kotor, although small, is very important due to its historical and architectural artifacts, and has been on UNESCO's World Heritage List since 1979. During our walking city tour, we will see the most important structures of Kotor, which carries the texture of Venetian architecture, and then we will start to circle around the Kotor Bay, visiting Perast, which is famous for its postcard-like view. After our journey along the precious shores of this bay, we head to Trebinje in Bosnia and Herzegovina (or its vicinity) for accommodation. Overnight at our hotel. On the 2nd Day of Our Montenegro Kosovo Tour with Ajet Airlines, after having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will leave our rooms and depart from the hotel with our private buses heading to Pocitel. We visit the village of Poçitel and give free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra arranged Blagay & Kravice Tour (55 EUR). At the source of the Buna River, the Blagaj Tekke, leaning against the massive rocks, takes visitors out of time with its peaceful atmosphere, the calming sound of water, and its mystical aura. After our visit here and the guide's narration, we will have free time in this special place where nature and spirituality intertwine. Following our visit to Blagaj, we will head to the Kravica Waterfalls, one of the most impressive natural wonders of Bosnia-Herzegovina. This natural amphitheater, formed by emerald green waters cascading from travertines surrounded by lush greenery, offers a refreshing, magnificent, and peaceful view where guests can take a walk, take photos, or enjoy the moment by swimming in the waterfall accompanied by its sound. After our tour, we will move to Mostar. Upon arrival in Mostar, during our city tour on foot, we will first see the Mostar Bridge (a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture built by Architect Hayreddin in 1557). The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992 but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. We will explore the old city bazaar. After our visits, we will head to the capital Sarajevo. On our way, we will see the famous Konjic Bridge, restored and maintained by Turkey, which has survived from the Ottoman period to the present day, and take a photo break in the city of Konjic. Then we will continue our journey to the capital Sarajevo and spend the night at our hotel.

Sarajevo (Travnik-Ahmici)
On the 4th Day of Our Montenegro-Kosovo Tour with AJet Airlines After breakfast at our hotel, we will take a stroll through Başçarşı, Europe's most distinguished market. We will start our tour that introduces this cultural city with the Sarajevo Sebil Fountain, which has become a symbol of the bazaar, and then we will see Morica Han, one of the city’s most authentic spots. Next, we will visit the Hüsrev Bey Mosque, which is related to Kanuni Sultan Süleyman. Continuing with our tour, we will see the Clock Tower, the famous fountain that has become a ritual, and the point where cultures meet; this street is also home to the Eternal Flame monument, which has become a symbol. Afterward, we will have some free time; those who wish can take photos of the Latin Bridge, where World War I broke out. After our tour and free time, those who wish can join the extra Travnik-Ahmici Tour. (55 EUR) We head towards Travnik. Upon arrival in Travnik, we will first visit the old castle. After visiting the castle built during the Bosnian Kingdom and decorated during Ottoman rule, we will explore the "Sulejmanije" mosque, the first mosque built by the Ottomans in Bosnia. We will stroll around the city center. One of the must-see places in Travnik is the home of Nobel Peace Prize-winning author Ivo Andric. After visiting this famous author's house, which has been turned into a museum, known for beautifully addressing the causes of ethnic discrimination experienced in the Balkan geography, we will see the Blue Water, which is said to be where Fatih Sultan Mehmed drank. After some free time, we will gather and head back to Sarajevo. On the way, we will visit Ahmić Village, which was subjected to massacres and attacks by Croatian Ustashe. After arriving in Sarajevo, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

On the 5th Day of Our Montenegro Kosovo Tour with AJet Airlines After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, guests who wish can join a visit to Vrelo Bosna & the War (Umut) Tunnel (30EUR). We are heading to Vrelo Bosna, located at the foot of the Igman mountain, which is the source of the Bosnia River and once organized by Tito’s order, famous for its beautiful walking trails, horse-drawn carriage rides, and authentic cafes, it is the largest national park in Sarajevo. Our visits continue in the Vrelo Bosna National Park, which hosts indescribable beauties, and we will visit the Sarajevo War Tunnel (Umut Tunnel), which was of vital importance to the people of Sarajevo during the Bosnian War. Built in 1993, this tunnel served as the only connection of the besieged city to the outside world; it is not just a passage but also a symbol of resistance, patience, and the struggle for survival. During our visit to the protected section of the tunnel, which is approximately 800 meters long; we have the opportunity to learn more closely about the difficulties faced by the people of Sarajevo through photographs, videos, and traces of daily life from the war years. The narrow and low structure of the tunnel makes us feel the conditions of those days; we realize that every step taken here was driven by the search for hope, courage, and freedom. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to the Sarajevo airport. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on AJet Airlines flight number VF98 at 15:35. 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, VENÜS TUR can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the passenger. The full cost of the tour will be refunded to the passenger. For additional services purchased outside the tour, the domestic flight connections obtained from VENÜS TUR will also be refunded to the passenger; however, services such as visa services and travel health insurance, if applied for visa on behalf of the passenger, cannot be refunded as these services have been utilized. If the passenger purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of VENÜS TUR, in the case of the tour being canceled by VENÜS TUR, they cannot demand any refund from VENÜS TUR. The passenger accepts in advance the financial and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation of the tour and VENÜS TUR cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, VENÜS TUR has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the passenger, the guidance service included in the package will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer.
Cancellation and Change
4- Our passengers have a right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify VENÜS TUR in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding airline tickets for which payment has been made or promised to the airline. If the cancellation is made less than 31 days before the trip start date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will be applied based on the price of the airline ticket, and if the cancellation is made 15 days or less before the tour start date, the full tour fee will be charged as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request period, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. VENÜS TUR cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and hours of the tours indicated in the program can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of cities and are maximum 2-3 hours long tours made panoramically with a guide’s narration from within the vehicle and do not include museum or historical site entries. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR if local authorities do not permit the tours due to closure or accessibility issues, or if the tours cannot be conducted due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out via public transportation or on foot at locations where road closures or restrictions on vehicle entry exist.
7- Our guide has the right to change the days for city tours and/or additional tours according to the number of participants and the status of the museum and historical sites. This also applies in response to possible changes in flight times.
8- The following precautions should be taken for our tours conducted with Speed Boats: heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed just before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints regarding their stomach, back, or neck, as well as pregnant passengers, should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- No refund will be provided if participation in services included in the price, such as tours or meal services, is not realized.
About Flights
10- VENÜS TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will be applied.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. VENÜS TUR is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes or cancellations when purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip airline tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding processes for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these processes must be completed by the passengers at airports, airline counters, or online on the airline's website before the flight.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards at the airport. This information should be monitored by the guests themselves.
16-VENÜS TUR is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport during the times set by airline regulations, do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures in a timely manner, or complete these operations on time but do not board the plane. Passengers who miss their flights are responsible for all expenses incurred for the procurement of new round-trip airline tickets and transfers in the destination area, etc.
17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.
18- For passengers wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with their miles (to business or first class); the upgrade process can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (check with the airline whose membership you hold) after the tickets have been issued. A mile guarantee is not provided for each flight. Please check if the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.
19- Meals and online check-in services may incur additional charges for some airlines.
Other Matters
20- VENÜS TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the passenger directly contacting the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of VENÜS TUR will apply.
21- In cases where hotels are presented only with category information without specific names in the tour program, and/or option offers are provided for the same destination, VENÜS TUR will inform the passenger 48 hours before the trip movement.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be utilized from locations or distances further than specified. In such cases, VENÜS TUR will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
23- During the registration for the purchased tour; the passenger must correctly enter/declare the name appearing on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information that causes the cancellation or alteration of airline tickets will be charged to the passengers.
24- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, check with the company your line belongs to before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is activated for international use.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by VENÜS TUR. It is ensured that the rooms booked are according to the preferences of the passenger based on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.
27- The breakfast offered at the hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally associated with Turkish cuisine. Generally, it consists of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
28- In some cases, a double bed could be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels provide rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel's room types.
30- Any additional beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and based on the hotel's availability and need to be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is a practice of adding an extra bed, which may be smaller than standard beds assigned to the 3rd person. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Additional beds consist of folding and coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept potential crowding in the rooms and the types of beds due to additional beds to be added in triple room and/or child reservation.
33- If the number of children and their ages to be accommodated with adults are incorrectly stated by our guests in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger who provided incorrect information. The hotel may request identification for age verification regarding children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child is accommodated with the two adults. Child discounts are valid for "single child" who meets the age group accompanying two adults.
35- Currency changes during the day are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment will apply. Additional requests or additional services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) that you will receive at the hotel may be subject to additional charges. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All municipal, tourist, or other taxes that are being implemented in this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
37- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions, among other factors.
38- In case of necessity or in situations deemed appropriate, VENÜS TUR may change the order of the cities in the program without altering the content and can also change the main airline to be flown.
39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. Costs incurred during delivery of forgotten items to the country and/or individual are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- It is mandatory for participants in the tour to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to existing health issues with them.
41- For potential additional expenses, the hotel may request a photo ID/passport and either credit card or cash deposit upon check-in, and the return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENÜS TUR has no intervention in this.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa application for T.C citizens.
43- Our guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
44- In customs crossings/border posts, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamp to be applied.
45- Being exempt from visa for the countries in this tour does not mean entry/exit will be granted; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship planning to participate in the tour using another country's passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures for the country to be visited, otherwise, VENÜS TUR will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid having issues with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under 18 years of age may be asked to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent at border crossings due to the possibility of a police officer asking for this; thus, it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days prior. If cancelled within 30 days of the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if within 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be applied. When a participant requests cancellation due to health reasons, they must submit a report obtained from state hospitals in Turkey (signed by the Chief Physician). Note: Reservations for flights cannot be canceled or refunded as it cannot be canceled by the airline.
