After arriving in Bangkok, we will transfer to our private bus waiting at the airport. Then, those guests who wish can join us for an extra tour to the ‘’Yok Yor Marina Sea Food Restaurant & Patpong Night Market’’ (30 Euro). During our tour, we will first have our meal at a restaurant by the famous Chao Praya River, known as the "River of Kings," where we can see Bangkok illuminated. After our delightful meal, we will proceed to Patpong Night Market, the most famous night market in Bangkok, where you can shop for replica products (Rolex watches, Versace bags, etc.) in a Chinese and Thai-style shopping atmosphere. You will have a great time in this famous shopping and bar street. Don’t forget to negotiate prices. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Bangkok for some free time to relax. On the 3rd Day of Our Bangkok Phuket Pattaya Tour with Turkish Airlines After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for the optional extra tour of the‘’Floating Market’’ (55 Euro) for those guests who wish to join. In this tour, we will leave Bangkok and first stop at the famous Samut Songkhhram town where the Siamese twins were born, visiting a coconut farm. Here, we will learn about how the Thai people benefit from the coconut tree and see souvenir items made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden located inside. After that, we will drive for about 10 minutes to reach the pier where Thai-style boats depart. From here, we will board the boats and enjoy a pleasant journey for about half an hour, accompanied by the exotic landscapes of the Far East, and arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has graced the covers of magazines. During our tour, you will see the open market set up in single-oared boats on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We will explore the floating market until it closes at noon. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste some of Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits, as recommended by your guide. Afterward, we will depart for a panoramic city tour of Bangkok. Next, we will stop by Phi Phi Ley. Here, we will visit the Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Phuket and have free time to relax. After passport and luggage procedures, we will depart for Singapore with local airlines. Upon arrival in Singapore, we will proceed to our special bus awaiting us at the airport. We will begin our program with a panoramic city tour of Singapore. During our Singapore city tour, we will see places such as the Singapore River, the Parliament-Opera-Court buildings, and the Merlion monument. In the evening, for those who wish, we will proceed to the optional tour titled ‘’Garden By The Bay’’ (65 Euro). We will witness the unique beauty of Singapore at night and stroll through the vibrant streets that come alive at any time of the day. Our first stop during the tour will be the world-famous Gardens by the Bay. Gardens by the Bay is a nature park located in the Central Area of Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir, covering 101 hectares (250 acres). The garden is also one of the world's most important botanical institutes. With over 1000 species and 2000 hybrids, the splendor of these magnificent flowers offers a sight that must be seen at the National Orchid Garden. Our next destination is Sentosa Island, Singapore’s first and only entertainment island, where the locals spend their weekends. After reaching Faber Peak with our bus, you will have the chance to see the entire island from a panoramic view at 100 meters above sea level via cable car. GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, VENUS TOUR may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest, and the total cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, the internal flight connections purchased from VENUS TOUR will also be refunded to the guest; however, if visa services have been used and a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded since they have been utilized. If the guest has purchased the internal flight connections from an independent service provider, in the event of cancellation of the trip by VENUS TOUR, they cannot demand any refund from VENUS TOUR. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour, and SSC TOUR cannot be held responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, VENUS TOUR has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, as the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfers for the round trip.
Cancellation and Modification
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying VENUS TOUR in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for the airline tickets for which payment has been made and/or commitments have been undertaken. In case of less than 31 days remaining until the trip start date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour price from the ticket cost will be incurred. In case of 15 days or less remaining before the start date of the trip, the entire tour fee will be canceled and a penalty will be assessed. In case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as internal flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the period of cancellation, and it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund of these services. VENUS TOUR cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may change according to the open/closed status of the museums and historical sites at the places to be visited and the weather conditions, as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are done as panoramic tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours with narration by the guide from within the vehicle, and they do not include entrance to museums and historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing visits on the day and time of the tour or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, VENUS TOUR is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot in areas where vehicle entry is not permitted.
7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closed status of the museum or historical site, while remaining within the contents of our tours. This also applies in case of changes in flight times.
8- Important points to consider for our tours conducted with Speed Boats are: do not eat heavy meals right before boarding and avoid drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests are required to inform their guides of their situations.
9- There is no refund for the services included in the package if participation in the specified tours or meal services is not provided.
About Flights
10- VENUS TOUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. VENUS TOUR is obligated to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of purchased round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures to be carried out by individuals participating in air tours are personal responsibilities and must be completed beforehand by guests at airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's websites.
15- Any last-minute flight delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be tracked personally by the guests.
16- VENUS TOUR is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the reported times according to airline regulations for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets required for guests who miss their flight to participate in the tour and for transfers in the destination area, etc. will be borne by them.
17- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, the baggage allowance for these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENUS TOUR.
18- For our guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be carried out based on the airline's availability after the tickets have been issued (please check your membership with the airline). No guarantee is given for miles on every flight. Check whether the tickets in the program are in an upgradeable class.
19- In some airlines, catering and online check-in services may be subject to additional fees.
Other Issues
20- VENUS TOUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest communicating with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of VENUS TOUR will apply.
21- In cases where the names of hotels are not specified in the tour program but only category information is given and/or options are offered for the same destination, VENUS TOUR will inform the guest 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used further away than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, VENUS TOUR will inform guests 15 days before the departure date.
23- During registration for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to enter/declare the correct name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees related to the cancellation or modification of flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phones abroad, ensure that your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
25- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by VENUS TOUR. Care will be taken to ensure that the reserved rooms are in accordance with the guest’s preferences depending on the hotel’s availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by VENUS TOUR.
27- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. Usually referred to as continental breakfast, it consists of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room assigned for groups.
28- In some cases, a double room may have a double bed instead of two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.
29- The policy regarding child and extra beds may vary by hotel and room type.
30- All extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to hotel availability, and they must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
32- There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the bed allocated for the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds are composed of folding and coach beds. Our guests state that they accept the potential tightness and bed types in rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms in their reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children.
33- If the number of children and their ages to be accommodated with adults in hotel reservations are inaccurately declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only for “one child” who meets the age group while staying with two adults.
35- The exchange rate during the day will be reflected in the TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Your additional requests and some extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional fees and will not be included in the payment at the time of purchase; they will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes currently in effect will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
37- The distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, roadworks, and conditions.
38- VENUS TOUR may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in cases of necessity or as deemed appropriate.
39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs of participating individuals in the tour are their own responsibility, and VENUS TOUR is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports for health issues with them.
41- For possible additional expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENUS TOUR has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel.
44- To be able to obtain an entry/exit stamp on your passport at border crossings/checkpoints, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- The exemption from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be performed; the border police has the authority to deny entry/exist to you, and VENUS TOUR is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country’s passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the country to be visited; otherwise, VENUS TOUR will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from this.
47- To avoid problems with customs police at the border checkpoint of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports need to be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that border police may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents during entry and exit; therefore we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior. If the tour date is less than 30 days away, a penalty of 30% will be charged; if it is 20 days or less, a penalty of 100% will be applied. If a participant requests a cancellation due to health reasons, they must submit a report (signed by the Chief Physician) obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey. Note: Reservation cancellations and refunds cannot be made because airline tickets for programs that include flights cannot be canceled.
