On the 1st Day of Our Rome & Naples Tour, we meet at Istanbul Airport's international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After completing baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we board our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Rome. Upon arrival, we transfer to our private bus waiting at the airport. We then set off for our tour of Lake Albano & Lake Nemi & Castel Gondolfo. Known as Nemi Village, it is a charming place with colorful houses adorned with flowers in the windows, cobblestone streets, lovely shops showcasing the famous local strawberries, and breathtaking lake views that make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. Castel Gondolfo, located by Lake Albano, is a unique town that houses the Pope's summer residence and was also the summer home of many Roman emperors in history. On the 2nd Day of Our Rome & Naples Tour, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will move for an optional extra tour: Rome Icons and Vatican (St. Peter's) (80 Euros). We will head to Vatican’s St. Peter’s Square. After our arrival, we will have free time to visit the Basilica and the Square, and then we will proceed with a city tour of Rome. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the Monument of II. Vittorio Emanuele, the Colosseum that hosted gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain famous from the movie "La Dolce Vita", and the Spanish Steps with its 135 steps along with the Boat Fountain. Guests who wish can join the optional extra Bohemian Neighborhood Night Tour (30 Euros). Our tour will include Trastevere, which is known for its beloved restaurants and street food spots. After the tour, we will transfer back to your hotel in Rome, and you will have free time to relax. Accommodation will be at our hotel.

On the 3rd Day of Our Rome & Naples Tour After having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Naples. Known as the birthplace of Margarita pizza and the 3rd largest city in Italy, we will visit Garibaldi Square, Via Toledo, and the oldest part of the city known as Centro Storico between these two places. After our city tour of Naples, for those who wish, there will be an optional tour of Pompeii & Outlet (90 Euros). We will visit Pompeii, one of the world’s most famous archaeological sites, located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in 79 A.D. and destroyed the city. Following long excavations by archaeologists starting in 1748, the city was uncovered in all its vitality. After the tour, we will transfer back to your hotel in Rome and have free time to relax. On the 4th Day of Our Rome & Naples Tour After having breakfast at our hotel, we will check out of our rooms and depending on our flight time, we will have time for shopping and sightseeing. Then, at the time specified by our guide, we will transfer to the airport. After completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will board our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services will conclude.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip; VENÜS TUR can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connections purchased from VENÜS TUR will also be refunded to the guest, while visa services and travel health insurance, if applied for the guest using travel health insurance, cannot be refunded as these services have been utilized. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different product provider independent of VENÜS TUR, they cannot demand any refund from VENÜS TUR in the event of the tour being canceled by VENÜS TUR. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses due to the tour's cancellation when purchasing the tour, and VENÜS TUR cannot be held responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, VENÜS TUR has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, as the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the international round-trip airport transfers.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that they inform VENÜS TUR in writing, except for airline tickets for which payment has been made and/or obligations have been undertaken. In cases where there are less than 31 days left until the start of the trip, the remaining tour fee will be refunded with a penalty of 50% of the airfare. In cases where there are 15 days or less until the start of the trip, the full tour price will be refunded with a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance regarding the refund. VENÜS TUR cannot make any commitment for the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours stated in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and sites at the visited places and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction of the cities and are conducted with a guide's narration from inside the vehicle, not including entrance to museums or sites, lasting no more than 2-3 hours. If panoramic tours, including other tours stated in the program, cannot be realized due to the local authorities prohibiting entry for various reasons or if the routes are closed due to any events, or if the tours become impossible due to weather conditions, VENÜS TUR is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted by collective transport or on foot where closed roads or points without vehicle access exist, within the scope of possibilities.
7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and sites while staying within the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
8- For our tours conducted with Speed Boats, the following precautions should be taken; heavy meals should not be consumed just before boarding the boat, and excessive water intake should be avoided. Guests with complaints related to the stomach, back, or neck, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- There is no refund for not participating in the services included in the prices of tours or meal services.
About Flights
10- VENÜS TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights, and VENÜS TUR is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
13- According to airline regulations; if the departure flight of round-trip purchased plane tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- For participants in air ticket tours, check-in and boarding procedures must be carried out personally, and these transactions must be completed by the guest at airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are publicly announced at airports and displayed on information boards, and these notices must be followed by the guests themselves.
16- For guests who are not present at the designated airport and do not carry out their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, VENÜS TUR is not responsible for their failure to make the flight. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip plane tickets necessary for guests who miss the flight and any transfers in the destination area, etc., are their own responsibility.
17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If domestic flights exist in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg for those domestic flights. The excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their air tickets using their miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (check with the airline you hold a membership with). No guarantee of miles for each flight is provided. Check whether the program tickets are from an upgradable class.
19- Some airlines may charge extra for food and beverage and online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- VENÜS TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of VENÜS TUR will apply.
21- In cases where hotels are only categorized without specified names in the tour program and/or options are presented for the same destination, they will be communicated to the guest by VENÜS TUR 48 hours before the trip departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, and sporting events, hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, VENÜS TUR will inform 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
23- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest is required to enter/ declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport correctly into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties arising from incorrect information on air ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guests.
24- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, check with the company that your phone belongs to before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to rooms (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by VENÜS TUR. While efforts will be made to ensure that reserved rooms are provided according to the preferences of the guests depending on the availability of the hotel, the fulfillment of these requests is not guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.
27- Breakfast offered in hotels differs from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate designated hall for groups.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined if needed.
29- The policies for children and extra beds may vary depending on each hotel and room types.
30- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel based on availability.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in rooms is limited to 1 (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is a practice of an extra bed, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are composed of beds that can be folded out and coach beds. Our guests explicitly state that they accept the possible cramped conditions and bed types due to extra beds added to standard rooms in reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children.
33- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations is stated incorrectly by our guests, relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for "one child" who meets the age group who stays with two adults.
35- Exchange rates during the day are reflected in TL prices. Rates valid at the time of payment apply. Any extra requests, some additional services you may incur at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any applicable city, tourism, or other taxes are collected by the hotel from the guest at the time of entry or exit.
37- The distances provided in programs are based on maps. Travel durations may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
38- VENÜS TUR can change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of mandatory situations or whenever deemed necessary.
39- Travelers participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the case of forgotten items being found, the expenses incurred to deliver them to the country and/or person are borne by the item owner.
40- Individuals traveling on the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health issues.
41- For possible extra expenses, the hotel may request a cash or credit card deposit upon check-in, which may also include an official photo ID/passport issued by official institutions. The return of deposits requested at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENÜS TUR has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
42- Visa application is required for T.C citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of the trip.
44- For customs crossings/border control, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for entry-exit stamps to be printed on your passport.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean you can enter/exit the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry or exit; VENÜS TUR is not responsible for this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using another country’s passport must consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applicable to the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, VENÜS TUR will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under 18 years of age are advised to be careful as, when traveling alone or with just one parent, they may be asked by the police to provide a document showing the mutual consent of both parents during entry-exit from the country; thus, it is recommended for guests under 18 and their parents to be mindful of this issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days prior. In cases where there are less than 30 days until the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and in cases where there are 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. If a participant requests cancellation for health reasons, they must provide a report obtained from state hospitals in Turkey (Signed by the Chief Physician). Note: For ticketed programs, cancellations cannot be made as airline tickets cannot be canceled.
