Day 1 ISTANBUL - DUBAI
Meeting at the Fly Dubai Airlines desk at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul New Airport 3 hours before the flight. After ticket and baggage procedures, we will depart to Dubai on the Fly Dubai Airlines FZ 756 scheduled flight at 02:10. Arrival at Dubai Airport at 07:40 local time. After passport procedures, our tour starts with a lunch included, visiting the Old Markets and the city of Dubai. We begin this tour by boarding abras and visiting the Textile Market, Gold Souk, spice markets, Sheikh Palace, Emirates Tower, Skyscrapers Avenue, the world’s only seven-star hotel Burj Al Arab, Souk Madinat Jumeirah (photo break), Jumeirah area, and Palm Island. After the tour, we proceed to the hotel where we will have lunch. After lunch, we complete the check-in procedures at the hotel. Following a short rest at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the optional Evening Dinner Dhow Cruise (at Marina) tour for 80 Euro. We will experience an open buffet dinner and surprise shows aboard traditional wooden boats, enjoying the magnificent night views of Dubai's most popular area JBR, Dubai Eye / Blue Water Island (the largest Ferris wheel in the world), Dubai Marina, and Palm Island. After our delightful boat journey, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 DUBAI
After having our breakfast at the hotel, we begin our tour to Abu Dhabi - Sheikh Zayed Mosque - Ferrari World (photo stop). We start our tour at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, which is the 4th largest mosque in the world. After our visit to the mosque, we continue with our city tour of Abu Dhabi. We will see the Etihad Towers, where the Fast and Furious movie was filmed, and the Emirates Palace, the most expensive hotel in the world. After our tour, we head to the world-famous Ferrari World. After a photo break here, we return to Dubai. After a short rest at our hotel, we set off for the Desert Flower Burj Khalifa - Dubai Mall Shopping Center and Fountain Show tour. Burj Khalifa, the world's greatest architecture. Do you think the buildings in our country or other countries are tall? We believe your opinion will change after seeing Burj Khalifa. Inspired by the desert flower Hymenocalis, this magnificent architectural work holds the title of the highest building in the world. We definitely recommend ascending to the 125th floor of this incredible architecture to enjoy the stunning views of Dubai from there. Known as one of the largest shopping malls in the world, Dubai Mall has a capacity of 1200 stores. After taking a break at Dubai Mall, we will watch the Fountain sound and light show. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 DUBAI
After breakfast, we will move from our hotel to Miracle Garden. You will feel like you are in a fairy tale garden in the world's largest garden, which houses 45 million flowers in an area of approximately 18 acres. One of the most astonishing aspects of the garden is that it changes its flower designs every season to ensure that visitors have a different experience with each visit. After this unique experience, we will transfer back to our hotel. Around 14:30-15:30, guests who wish can join theextra scheduled Dinner Desert Safari tour. (80 Euro) You can have unforgettable moments in the desert with 4X4 vehicles, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. Additionally, you can unwind from the day's fatigue with a buffet dinner and belly dance show at the Bedouin camp set up in the desert. After the trip, we will return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
After having breakfast at the hotel, we head to The Palm View. We will spend time on the palm island, known as the world's largest man-made island. This island, resembling a palm tree, has 16 fronds, each equipped with shopping malls, boutiques, luxury hotels, and villas, along with untouched beaches. From the observation terrace on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower on Palm Island, we will enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Palm Island, the marina, and Jumeirah, located 240 meters above the island. After this unique experience, we will transfer back to our hotel. Guests who want to swim can take a shuttle from our hotel to JBR Beach, which will also bring them back in the evening. For guests who do not wish to swim, we will visit Dubai Outlet Village located in Jebel Ali, which is a large complex. This shopping mall, designed with authentic Italian architecture, offers guests the opportunity to shop. Additionally, they can explore Riverland, which is another Italian-themed area, or enter Legoland and take advantage of the activities available there. Guests will have approximately 3 hours of free time here. On our way back to the hotel, we will stop at the LAST Exit Mad X, a rest area with a magnificent atmosphere located at the exact border point between Dubai and Abu Dhabi and themed around Mad Max. After this break, we will head back to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 DUBAI - ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, we check out around 12 noon and head for the Dubai Frame and Dubai Outlet Mall tour. Imagine a gigantic picture frame that is 150 meters tall and 93 meters wide! You can be sure that you will see Dubai from a very different perspective in the Dubai Frame, which is described as the largest picture frame in the world. During the photo break we take from within the frame, we will observe the two different sides of Dubai: old Dubai and new Dubai. Afterwards, we will move on to one of the largest outlets in the world, the Dubai Outlet Mall. After some free time for shopping in the mall that hosts hundreds of brands, we will transfer to the airport. We will depart for Istanbul on Fly Dubai Airlines flight number FZ 755 at 21:15. Arrival at 00:55 local time, and the end of our tour.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; VENÜS TUR can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. The refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; if the domestic connecting flights booked through VENÜS TUR are also refunded to the guest, visa services, travel health insurance have been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered used, if a visa application has not been made, a refund for the visa and travel health insurance will be made upon cancellation. If the guest has purchased domestic connecting flights from a different provider independent of VENÜS TUR, in the event of the cancellation of the trip by VENÜS TUR, the guest cannot request any refund from VENÜS TUR. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses resulting from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchase, and VENÜS TUR cannot be held responsible.
3- In case sufficient participation is not achieved, VENÜS TUR has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the individual provision of the tour for the guest will be discussed, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the airport transfers for the international departure and return.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify VENÜS TUR in writing until 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have been paid and/or committed to the airline company. In case less than 31 days remain until the beginning of the trip, they can cancel by paying a penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airfare, and if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the trip begins, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of cancellation, the refund conditions of additional services purchased such as domestic connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the requested cancellation period, therefore it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. VENÜS TUR cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the status of museums and historical sites, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guidance from within the vehicle. They do not include entries to museums and historical sites and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, may not take place in case of refusal to visit or inaccessible paths due to any activities, or in situations where weather conditions make the tours impossible. VENÜS TUR cannot be held responsible for the inability to realize the mentioned tours due to these reasons. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in places where access is restricted.
7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours due to participant numbers, and the status of the closure of museums and historic sites, and this also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times.
8- Important notes for tours conducted by Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests are required to inform their guide of their conditions.
9- There is no refund for the services included in the prices if participation is not made in the mentioned tours or meal services.
About Flights
10- VENÜS TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the case of any dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times can occur in scheduled and charter flights. VENÜS TUR is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations to flight times when purchasing the trip.
12- Children between the ages of 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- The check-in and boarding procedures for participants on air tours are personal transactions, and these procedures must be carried out by the guests at airports, at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline's websites before the flight.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced verbally at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. These pieces of information must be tracked by the guests themselves.
16- Guests who are not present at the specified airport at the reported times according to the airline regulations for participation in the tour, those who do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or those who complete the procedures on time but do not board the plane, are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR in case they are unable to fly. The expenses for the new round-trip tickets and transfers, etc. that will be necessary for guests missing their flight are their own.
17- The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight can vary according to the airline and the country being visited. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg for those flights. The regulations regarding excess baggage weight/pricing are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets to business or first class using their miles; upgrade transactions can be performed based on availability from the airline (please check your membership with the airline). No guarantee is given for mileage upgrades for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are from an upgradeable class.
19- In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges.
Other Matters
20- VENÜS TUR will not accept any responsibility for changes or cancellations made by the guest directly communicating with the hotel. In this case, VENÜS TUR cancellation conditions will be valid.
21- In cases where hotels are specified only by category information without naming the hotels in the tour program and/or optional offerings for the same destination, this will be communicated to the guest by VENÜS TUR 48 hours before the start of the trip.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than specified locations or distances. In such cases, VENÜS TUR will provide information 15 days prior to the date of departure.
23- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter/declare their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information leading to ticket cancellation or changes will be reflected to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please ensure that your phone is activated for international calls before leaving Turkey by contacting the service provider.
25- The check-in time for accommodation at hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Room-related requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by VENÜS TUR. It is aimed to cater to the preferences of the guest regarding the reserved rooms according to the availability of the hotel. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.
27- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast typically found in Turkish cuisine. They are generally served in a limited selection, often called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
28- In some cases, instead of a double room, a twin bed room may be used. Many European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined when necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel, depending on room types.
30- All additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is one (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application; in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds may consist of foldable or coach beds. Our guests who book triple rooms and/or reservations with children acknowledge the potential crowding due to additional beds added to the standard room and accept the bed type.
33- If the number of children and their ages, who will be accommodated with adults in hotel reservations, is incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.
34- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only applicable when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to “single child” who meets the age group, staying with two adults.
35- Currency exchange rates throughout the day are reflected in the TL prices. The applicable rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests, some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel are subject to extra charges and are not included in the payment during your purchase; they are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries may have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other applicable taxes currently in force will be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
37- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Journey times can be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road constructions, and road conditions.
38- VENÜS TUR may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in compulsory situations or when deemed necessary.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the case of forgotten goods being found, any expenses for delivering the items to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and related medications and reports in case of any health issues.
41- For potential extra expenses, hotels may request a form of official identification/photo ID and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. The deposit requested at the time of check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENÜS TUR has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months past the date of travel.
44- In customs crossings/border checkpoints, at least 2 blank pages in your passport are required to have the entry-exit stamp entered.
45- Exemption from visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit is guaranteed, as passport police have the authority to deny entry/exit. VENÜS TUR is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those who will participate in the tour using a passport from another country as dual citizens should inquire directly with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country to be traveled. Otherwise, VENÜS TUR will not be held responsible for any consequences thereof.
47- To avoid issues with customs police at the border checkpoint of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer to present a document showing the consent of both parents for entry/exit; therefore, it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
