- If sufficient participation for the trip is not provided, VENÜS TUR has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfer for international departure and return.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours

- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites in the areas to be visited, and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted panoramically with narration by the guide from inside the vehicle, not including entrance to museums and historical sites, and last no more than 2-3 hours. PANORAMIC TOURS may not take place if local authorities do not permit entrance to the sites on the scheduled tour day and time, or in cases where the tour cannot take place due to closed roads or weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot, as feasible, in areas where vehicle access is not allowed.

- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants, the status of whether a museum or archaeological site is closed, and this also applies to changes in flight times.

- Important considerations for our tours conducted using Speed Boats include refraining from heavy meals and excessive water intake just before boarding. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, are required to inform their guides about their conditions.

- There is no refund for non-participation in the tour or meal services included in the price.

About Flights

- SSC TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will apply.

- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. VENÜS TUR is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellation of flight times by purchasing the trip.

- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.

- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight is not used for ticket purchases made for round-trip flights, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

- Check-in and boarding procedures must be carried out personally by participants on flights, either at the airport through the respective airline counters or online via the airline's website.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be publicly announced at airports and shown on information boards. This information must be monitored by the guests personally.

- VENÜS TUR cannot be held responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by the airline in accordance with airline regulations, or do not complete check-in and boarding in time, or who complete these processes on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers, etc., in case guests miss the flight will be their own responsibility.

- Generally, the baggage weight limit for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price regulations are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.

- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class), upgrade procedures can be fulfilled based on the availability of the airline after ticket issuance (please check your airline membership). A guarantee of miles for each flight is not provided. Please check whether the tickets for the program are in an upgradable class.

- Some airlines may charge extra for food and drink or online check-in services.

Other Matters

- VENÜS TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest contacting the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of VENÜS TUR will apply.

- In situations where hotel(s) are indicated only by category information without specifying names in the tour program, and/or where options are presented for the same destination, VENÜS TUR will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departs.

- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, VENÜS TUR will provide information 15 days before the departure date.

- When registering for a purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare their name as it appears on the passport, birth date, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty arising from incorrect information resulting in cancellation or changes to flight tickets will be charged to the guests.

- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check with your service provider to ensure your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey.

- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.

- Requests related to the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by VENÜS TUR. It will be aimed that the reserved rooms correspond to the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in at the hotel, and it cannot be guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.

- The breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast tradition of Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a limited selection, typically referred to as a continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate area designated for the group.

- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.

- The child and extra bed policy may vary among hotels according to room types.

- Any additional bed and baby cot is provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability and must be confirmed by the hotel.

- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is limited to 1 (maximum).

- In 3-person rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests acknowledge that they accept the potential crowding and bed type due to additional beds added to standard room reservations for 3-person room and/or with children.

- If the number of children staying with adults and their ages are inaccurately declared by our guests during hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.

- In bookings for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply to the age group of the "only child" staying with two adults.

- Daily currency fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. The applicable rates are effective at the time of payment. Additional requests and some extra services obtained at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) may incur extra charges from the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected by the hotel from the guest during entry or exit.

- The travel distances indicated in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather conditions, the geographical location of the traveled country, road works, and conditions.

- VENÜS TUR may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to fly without altering the content of the program if required or when deemed necessary.

- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identification of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, all costs incurred during delivery to the country and/or person will be borne by the item owner.

- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health problems they may have.

- For possible extra expenses, upon entering the hotel, a government-issued photo ID/passport and a credit card or a cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENÜS TUR has no intervention in this process.

Visa and Passport

- There is no visa requirement for T.C citizens.

- Our guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion.

- To have the entry-exit stamp on your passport at customs/crossing borders, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.

- The exemption from visa for entering the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit to/from the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country or allow you to leave; VENÜS TUR is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the destination country; otherwise, VENÜS TUR will not be responsible for any resulting outcomes.

- In order to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to a torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passport, passports must be renewed. In that case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or only with one parent are advised to be aware that the authorities may request a document showing joint consent of both parents at the country’s entry-exit points; therefore, guests under 18 and their parents should show sensitivity in this matter.
