TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our tour lasts for 3 nights and 4 days. Hotel accommodation is for 3 nights.
Child discounts can be applied in the presence of two adults.
Our guide may make changes to the program during the course of the tour, provided that the program is fully realized. Our tours are an integral whole with hotel, bus, flight tour program, and guiding services and cannot be considered separately.
For children aged 0-6, a bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
On bus tours, there is no charge for children aged 00-1.99. If a seat is requested for children, the price for children aged 02-06 will apply.
In triple rooms, the 3rd bed may not be of normal bed comfort. Depending on the situation, the hotel may provide our guests with a foldable bed or sofa bed.
Every individual over the age of 2 is required to have a seat on the bus.
Unused transportation, accommodation, sightseeing rights, etc., within the tour are non-refundable.
At the time of reservation, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. Seat numbers are determined in the order of reservation date. Guests who purchase the tour early will have the right to sit in the front.
A tiered pricing system applies to all tours. As the occupancy of tours increases, tour prices also increase. Guests cannot claim the difference in price changes after the purchase date.
On flights with VENÜS Tour, depending on the intensity and in order not to disrupt the program, the right to change the airport, airline, and flight time is reserved. In case of airport changes, VENÜS Tour is obliged to provide free transport to its guests.
Optional tours operate based on the number of participants. In the event that an optional tour does not take place, the guest does not have a right to compensation. In this case, VENÜS Tour has no responsibility. Optional tour prices may change. In this case, the date of the optional tour is taken into account, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The price for the optional tour for the relevant travel period will apply. The guest accepts this condition upon purchasing the tour.
The times specified in the tour program are calculated based on normal weather and road conditions, and in case of possible delays, VENÜS Tour is not responsible, and the guest has no right to compensation.
Changes can be made in the accommodation areas and hotels based on the occupancy, provided that they are of the same standards. All room allocations are made by hotel authorities, and SSC Tour has no enforcement over this matter.
In Weekend Accommodation Tours, accommodations conform to city hotel standards. Hotels are not obligated to serve regional cuisine; meals may be served as set menus or buffet style.
During the tours, due to program density, it is not always possible to find ATMs, currency exchange, etc., so it is advisable for our guests to be prepared for this situation.
For lunch, economical menus unique to the region have been created. Lunch and dinner are served at tables divided according to group size, depending on regional density.
VENÜS Tour has no responsibility in case of tours that cannot be conducted prior to or during the tour due to weather conditions.
A minimum number of 30 participants is proposed for this tour. VENÜS Tour reserves the right to cancel the tour with a notification 3 days in advance if there is not sufficient participation.
In case of tour cancellation, VENÜS Tour must personally inform the cancellation. There is no right to compensation as it is a legal process.
Museum and site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
VENÜS Tour reserves the right to change the hotel as long as the star category remains the same or in a higher category.
Please ensure you take all your belongings when leaving the vehicles and hotels; VENÜS Tour is not responsible for lost items.
In flight programs, cancellations by the airline cannot be made, thus cancellations and refunds are not possible.
Mandatory Travel Insurance
The insurance coverage done by our agency for all our guests is free and covers the agency's bankruptcy or inability to provide the Package Tour service for any reason. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. (Private Health Insurance is the guest's own expense)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days before. In case of cancellation within 30 days of the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and in case of cancellation within 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will apply. If a participant requests cancellation for health reasons, they must present a report obtained (signed by the chief physician) from state hospitals in Turkey. Note: In flight programs, because cancellations cannot be made by the airline, the reservation cannot be canceled or refunded.

On the 1st day of our Air Trip to the Black Sea Plateaus and Batumi, we meet with our esteemed guests at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, at the Pegasus / Ajet Counter, after which we proceed with the Check-In process for our flight to Trabzon with ID Card or Driver’s License. (Note: Your guide will meet you at Trabzon Airport.) After approximately 1.5 hours of flight, we arrive at Trabzon Airport and meet our waiting vehicle and guide, starting our tour. First, we head to Akpınar Restaurant for our breakfast. After our extra breakfast break, we set off for the path that leads to Sümela Monastery in Altındere National Park, located by the Coşan Creek in the Maçka district, using minibuses. After approximately 350m of travel, we photograph the open sections of the monastery with the guidance of our guide. After completing our visit to Sümela Monastery, we go to eat the famous Akçaabat Meatballs at Zeytin Dalı Restaurant or Keyfi Sümela Restaurant. After enjoying our delicious meals, we drink our teas. After our break, we arrive at Uzungöl and see the tree species covering both sides of the road and the hanging bridges. You can take a walk amid the tranquility of the gently flowing lake and taste local delicacies. Those who wish can join the Lustra and Karaster Plateaus tour we will organize here (we start to climb to an altitude of 2400 meters with our minibuses. Along the way, we stop at viewing terraces for photo breaks, and visit one of the plateau houses where we have our tea. After a walk among the colorful flowers, you can take photos of the Uzungöl view from the top shown in the visuals and enjoy your beverages with that view. After our tour, we return to Uzungöl. We proceed to our hotel for check-in and dinner.

On the 2nd day of our Plane Tour to the Black Sea Plateaus and Batumi, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will go to see the most beautiful plateaus and streams of the region, and most of these trips are conducted by minibusses rented from the area. First, we will visit the Çeçeva Village Tea Gardens in Çayeli district of Rize. Here, we will be visiting vast tea gardens where many tea brands have been used for shooting series, films, and advertisements. You will have the opportunity to see the giant swing and the swinging bridge. After our visit, we will head to the facility in Fırtına Stream, located in Ardeşen, a district of Rize, where the only Hydroelectric Power Plant (HES) has not been built. At our facility, we will choose from regional specialties such as Red Spotted Trout, Dried Beans, Meatballs, Chicken and we will crown our local meal with Laz böreği (a type of pastry). After our meal, we will have an additional activity, which is the rising trend of the Black Sea, Zipline, where you can experience an exciting activity with steel ropes connected 350 meters long at a height of about 10 meters over Fırtına Stream GOING IS FREE RETURN 200TL :))) Fırtına Stream Rafting Approximately lasting 1.5 hours, under the guidance of expert instructors provided by the Turkish Federation, we will enjoy a gentle rafting route (Extra) and after the giant swing fun, we will organize a trip where we will have the opportunity to see Çat Valley, Çinçiva Bridge, Şenyuva Village, and the three beauties of the region known as Zilkale, Palovit Waterfall, and Elevit Plateau. To say you went to see the plateau of plateaus in the Black Sea tour, we set off to go to the most famous plateau of the Black Sea. At an altitude of 1350 meters, famous for its rich vegetation and thermal waters, we will complete our trips at the Ayder Plateau, where we will see Gelintülü Waterfall and Horon Plain and we will have free time in the plateau. After our break, for those guests who wish, we will conduct our program to visit the Huser Plateau, where you will feel the clouds under your feet. Our Huser Plateau Tour, which is one of the highest plateaus in the Black Sea at 2400 meters, will be conducted with the regional minibusses. Here, you will genuinely rise above the clouds. During our visit, you will be able to see the Palakçur, Avusor, Çeymakçur, and Kavrun Valleys below you and, behind you, the Black Sea coastline, and in front of you, the ridges of Hazindak and Pokut, meaning you will be able to see everything from 0m to 4000m. I recommend not spending all your time taking photographs. Sit somewhere and enjoy this masterpiece that nature has offered you; remember, never leave without riding the swing. With clouds beneath you, and either the rising or setting sun in front of you, you can be sure you will experience one of the most special moments of your life. On the 3rd day of our Tour to the Yaylas of the Black Sea with a flight and Batumi, after having breakfast at the hotel we may stay at Klaskur (Aralık) Village in Artvin Borçka district, after approximately 1 hour of traveling through valleys expertly separated by the large mountains; In Karagöl, you can experience moments that make you feel like you stopped time with its magnificent plants and vegetation. After our visit here, we pass through Hopa and head to the Sarp Border Gate which connects our country to Georgia located at the place where the Çoruh River flows into the Black Sea. After finishing your border crossing procedures to enter Batumi, we get into our waiting vehicle and first visit the Gonio Fortress which is located in a small seaside town. Here, we will watch the Çoruh River from under the Gonio Bridge that carries Ahalsopeli and Adlia, and take a small photo break for the famous Ters Ev. After our break, we listen to the story of the Medea Statue that shows the mythical face of the Caucasus, which rises high in the Europe Square, and then move on to Piazza Square. This square, one of the most beautiful places in Batumi, reminds of squares in European cities. After gathering information, we visit the Saint Nicholas Church belonging to the Orthodox sect which was built during the Ottoman Empire and is still actively used. We take a photo break visiting the golden colored Poseidon Statue in Theater Square. We also visit the Theater Building. We see the Alphabet Tower where we can observe one of the 14 writing sections in the world, and the Ali and Nino Statue which has been the subject of movies and books about love, before we settle into our hotel in Batumi for accommodation. Guests who wish can go to the hotel’s Casino and try their luck. Dinner on this evening's accommodation is not included in the tour price. Guests who do not wish to participate in the Batumi Night can dine at their own expense.
Note: The agreement made between the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Georgia allows entry into Batumi with a valid picture-based new identification card or passport with the TC ID number. Entry with other identity cards (driver’s license, institutional IDs, etc.) is not allowed. For travelers under 18 who will not be traveling with their family (both parents together), they must obtain a NOTARIZED CONSENT FORM for passage to BATUMI. Photos are mandatory included in the identities for infants and children.

On the 4th day of our Airplane Black Sea Plateaus and Batumi Tour, after having our last breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we direct our route again to the Sarp border gate, where we will shop at the Free Shop and then cross into the Turkish side at customs. After completing our tour, we set off towards Rize, leaving behind the green and nature of the Eastern Black Sea. We allocate some time for regional shopping related to the Black Sea region, and first we visit Tekpa Rize Cloth Workshop, where we will see the making of Rize cloth live and shop. The greatest feature of Rize cloth is that it absorbs sweat from the body and keeps the body cool and dry. After our shopping for Rize cloth, we see the Rize Castle panoramically. We continue our visit to the Vatan Tea Factory, the most delicious and highest quality tea production facility in the Black Sea, where we taste and enjoy fine loose and flavored teas, participate in tea-picking activities, and complete our shopping. For lunch, we go to Zeytin Dalı Restaurant to taste local specialties such as Akçaabat Meatballs, Pita, and Fish varieties. After lunch, we head to the Sürmene Knife Workshop to see the making of Sürmene Knives and for our guests who wish, to shop for knives.
