On the 2nd Day of Our Elegant Bali Ubud Tour with Turkish Airlines, our flight to Bali begins with the scheduled flight of Turkish Airlines. We spend the night on the plane. After arriving at Bali, the most visited island in Indonesia, famous for its beaches, we proceed to our private bus waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. On the 3rd Day of Our Elegant Bali Ubud Tour with Turkish Airlines, after breakfast at the hotel, we will depart with our guests for the Ubud & Kintamani Batur Volcano Tour including Lunch. During our full-day trip, we will closely experience Bali’s impressive culture, craftsmanship, photogenic rice fields, traditional villages, and the extraordinary landscapes of Batur Volcano and its lake. Our first stop is in Celuk & Mas Village, known for its gold, silver, and wood carving art. Here, we will watch artists as they engrave intricate designs into wooden blocks. Next, we will visit Goa Gajah, known as the Elephant Cave from the 11th century. Our next stop will be in the cool mountains of Kintamani for lunch. We first view Mount Batur from above, looking down to the valley next to Batur Lake, capturing the scenery with its black lava stripes. Then we enjoy our lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view. After lunch, we will stop by the Sacred Water Spring, believed to have magical healing powers, on our way back. Our tour continues in Bali’s artistic heart, Ubud Village. Among the places we will see are Tegallalang rice terraces, Ubud art market, Tegenungan waterfall, and coffee plantations. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Bali and have free time to rest.

On the 4th day of our Elegant Bali Ubud Tour with Turkish Airlines after having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart with our guests for the Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulundanu Temple Tour with Lunch. We start the day by visiting Taman Ayun, known as the Royal Temple. Taman Ayun means beautiful garden. The area was also protected by UNESCO in 2012 and is considered a World Heritage Site. After Taman Ayun, we continue our journey towards Bedugul, located in the highlands of Bali. Bedugul is a part of Bali but is completely different in every aspect from the others. Known as the coldest place in Bali, Bedugul has a completely different climate from the other areas on the island. After having lunch at a local restaurant surrounded by lush forests of Bedugul, we will visit the iconic Ulundanu Beratan temple located on the lake, which has been a subject of many films. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Bali and have some free time to relax.

On the 5th day of our Elegant Bali Ubud Tour with Turkish Airlines, after having breakfast at the hotel, we are heading to Mengiat Beach located in the Nusa Dua area. You can swim in the clear blue sea with its white sandy beach made of ocean corals, relax on the sunbed while getting a foot massage, and enjoy fresh coconut water while savoring the sun, sea, and sand. After our beach tour, we move to have dinner at the Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant. While watching the sunset at the beach, we enjoy our seafood platter. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Ubud and have some free time to relax. Accommodation will be at our hotel.

On the 6th Day of Our Elegant Bali Ubud Tour with Turkish Airlines, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart with our guests for the Lunch Included Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest tour. After visiting the Royal Temple in Kapal Village, the monkey forest home to approximately 300 monkeys believed to be the guardians of the three temples, and the Tanah Lot Temples built on a rock over the ocean, we will proceed to the world-famous Monkey Forest. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant featuring Indonesian cuisine. At the end of our tour, you will have the opportunity to watch the magnificent sunset of Bali. Free time for sunbathing. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel and free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel in Ubud.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, VENÜS TUR can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The total amount of the tour price will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, if domestic flight connections have been purchased from VENÜS TUR, these will also be refunded to the guest. However, if a visa service has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, this service cannot be refunded as it has been used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased their domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of VENÜS TUR, in the event that the tour is canceled by VENÜS TUR, the guest cannot claim any reimbursement from VENÜS TUR. The guest acknowledges and accepts, upon purchasing the tour, the potential financial and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour, and VENÜS TUR shall not be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, VENÜS TUR has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since individual arrangements for the guest will be required, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfers for international arrival and departure.
Cancellation and Change
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying VENÜS TUR in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or pledged to the airline. If the cancellation occurs less than 31 days before the start date of the tour, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will apply; if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the start date of the tour, the total tour fee will be subject to penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request timeline, and it is necessary to inquire in advance about their refunds. VENÜS TUR cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of the museums and historical sites to be visited, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours that are conducted to generally introduce the cities and are done from inside a vehicle with a guide’s narration, without including entry to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours are limited to 2-3 hours and do not include entries to museums or historical sites. If these tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities not permitting visits during the scheduled days and times, or if they cannot be conducted due to road closures for any events, or if weather conditions render the tours impossible, VENÜS TUR shall not be held responsible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where vehicle entrances are not allowed or where roads are closed.
7- Our guide has the right to change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours according to the number of participants and the open status of the museum and historical sites, keeping the content of our tours intact. This also applies to any changes that might occur regarding flight times.
8- Important points to note for our tours conducted on Speed Boats include: Avoid heavy meals immediately before boarding and refrain from drinking large amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- There will be no refund for participation in the services included in the prices for tours or meal services if participation is not provided.
About Flights
10- SSC TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. VENÜS TUR is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when buying the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
13- According to the rules of the airlines, if the outbound flight of round-trip flight tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- The check-in and boarding procedures required for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airport before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline company’s websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes for flights are announced at the airports and displayed on the information boards. This information must be followed up by the guests themselves.
16- VENÜS TUR is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times according to airline rules, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. All costs related to obtaining new tickets for the missed flight and transfers in the destination area, etc., fall under their own account.
17- The general checked baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg on these internal flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.
18- For our guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using mileage (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (check with the airline to which you are a member) after the tickets are issued. No guarantee is given for mileage on every flight. Check if the tickets of the program are upgradeable.
19- In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may incur additional charges.
Other Matters
20- VENÜS TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in contact with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of VENÜS TUR will apply.
21- If the tour program specifies hotels by category only, without mentioning hotel names, and/or if options are provided for the same destination, this information will be communicated by SSC TUR to the guest 48 hours before the trip.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located further away from the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, the guest will be informed by VENÜS TUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
23- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter/declare their name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Fees for cancellation or changes of flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, before leaving Turkey, please check with the service provider that your phone is enabled for international use.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room (high floor, near general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by SSC TUR. Care will be taken to ensure that the reserved rooms are in line with the preferences of the guest according to the hotel’s availability. However, the fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.
27- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. It is usually served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
28- In some cases, instead of a double-bedded room, there may be a room with two single beds. Many European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary.
29- The children and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel's room types.
30- Any extra bed or baby cot will be provided upon request, subject to the hotel’s availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
32- Triple rooms have the option of an extra bed, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable beds and coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential cramped conditions in the room due to the extra beds added to standard rooms when making reservations for triple rooms and/or with children.
33- If the number of children and their ages shared by the guests during hotel reservations is inaccurately declared, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such an event, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identity verification for age determination of children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for “one child” in the corresponding age group staying with two adults.
35- Daily exchange rates will be reflected in the TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests, and extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel may incur additional charges. These costs are not included in the purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during the stay.
36- Some countries have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes applicable in this manner will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
37- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, roadworks, and conditions.
38- VENÜS TUR can change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used when necessary, without altering the content of the program.
39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are the responsibility of the individuals, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health issues with them.
41- For possible additional expenses, upon check-in, hotels may request a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit, which will be refunded between the hotel and the guest at check-out; VENÜS TUR intervenes in this process.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion.
44- In order to be stamped with entry-exit stamps at customs crossings/border gates, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be made; the immigration officer has the authority to deny entry/exclusion to the guest, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for this matter; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those who have dual citizenship and are planning to participate in the tour using a foreign passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the country to be visited; otherwise, VENÜS TUR shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising.
47- For passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged, it is necessary to renew them to avoid issues with customs officers at the border gates of the country to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 should be aware that when traveling alone or with only one parent, they may be asked for a document showing joint consent from both parents at the country’s entry-exit checkpoints; it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the tour date. If cancelled less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will apply; if cancelled 20 days or less before the tour date, a 100% penalty will apply. If a participant requests cancellation due to health reasons, they must present a report obtained from state hospitals in Turkey (signed by the chief doctor). Note: Since reservations cannot be canceled or refunded by the airline in flight programs, the reservation cancellation and refund will not be possible.
