Elegant Morocco Desert Safari Tour Day 1 After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our scheduled flight with Air Arabia Airlines to Casablanca begins. Upon our arrival at Casablanca airport, we will transfer to Marrakech with our private bus waiting at the airport. After having breakfast at a local restaurant, we will set off for our full-day tour of the red city of Marrakech. We will see the Koutoubia minaret and the largest square in Africa, Jemaa el Fna, known for its vibrant street performances, snake charmers, and open-air restaurants, during our panoramic city tour. Among the places we will visit is the Bahia Palace, adorned with the country's unique tiles. Since the early 1900s, Marrakech has been a favorite spot for many European designers, artists, musicians, and adventurers, particularly the French. Due to its importance as a center for African trade, it encapsulates all the colors of Africa. Once a city that guided Islamic art and philosophy, it still maintains the traditions of medieval life in its medina. The next stop will be Jardin Majorelle, Yves Saint Laurent’s secret garden, which is one of the finest examples of Moroccan architecture. We will have the opportunity to see and photograph unique plants in the garden. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and enjoy some free time. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

Elegant Morocco Desert Safari Tour Day 2 After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the stunning Ait Benhaddou, which has been used as a filming location for the recent television phenomenon Game of Thrones. Then, we continue our journey towards Zagora. Along the way, we will make a short stop in Tamegroute, a city famous for its ceramics. Pottery in Tamegroute is an art passed down from father to son for generations and is the only place that produces the green enamel inherited from the tradition of Fes. Afterward, upon our arrival in Zagora, we will start our camel safari tour at the Tinfou sand dunes. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and have some free time. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.

Elegant Morocco Desert Safari Tour Day 4 After having our breakfast at the hotel, we set off to Essaouira. In this region, where Argan trees are most densely found in Morocco, we first visit the Argan Oil Cooperative and learn about Argan Oil. Then we arrive at the city of Essaouira, located on the Atlantic Ocean coast. The city, which reminds us of old Bodrum, is a famous former Portuguese city. Declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO, this city features a fishing port on the Atlantic Ocean coast as well as being a coastal town where art and culture intertwine. It has also been the setting for many productions, including Orson Welles’ Othello and the recently popular Game of Thrones series. The city's fortress, fishing port, and Medina, which was built inspired by ancient Roman cities, are among the places to be visited. You can explore the city among the narrow labyrinth streets that you can never get enough of and enjoy delightful shopping. After our tour, we transfer to Casablanca. Casablanca is known for hosting meetings between parties during World War II and intense espionage activities, thanks to the famous film "Casablanca," remembered for its quote "Play it again, Sam." GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, SSC TUR can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from SSC TUR will also be refunded to the guest, if visa services have been provided using travel health insurance or if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are deemed used, if a visa application has not been made, visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest purchased domestic flight connections from a different provider independent of SSC TUR, they cannot claim any refund from SSC TUR in the event of the tour being canceled by SSC TUR. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour and SSC TUR cannot be held responsible.
3- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, SSC TUR has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the international arrival-departure transfers.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty if they notify SSC TUR in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to the airline. In cases where there are less than 31 days until the start date of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will be applied from the airfare, and in cases where there are 15 days or less until the start date of the trip, cancellation can be made by paying the full amount as a penalty fee. If a cancellation request is made, it is necessary to inquire about the refund conditions of additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance, as these may vary according to the cancellation request period. SSC TUR cannot make any commitments for the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may change at the discretion of the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as a maximum of 2-3 hour tours without including entrance to museums and historical sites with commentary from the guide inside the vehicle. Panoramic tours cannot take place if local authorities do not allow entry on the specified days and times, or if the tours cannot be performed due to closed roads caused by any event, or if conditions make it impossible due to weather conditions; SSC TUR is not responsible for the non-performance of these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where vehicle access is not permitted.
7- Our guide, while adhering to the content of our tours, may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours according to the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and historical site. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
8- In tours conducted with Speed Boats, attention should be paid to the following; heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.
9- There is no refund for participation in the services listed in the prices, such as tours or meal services.
About Flights
10- SSC TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. SSC TUR is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of change/cancellation in flight times when purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures required for those participating in flights are personal processes, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airports before departure, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines' websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced at the airports and displayed on the information boards. This information should be followed directly by the guests.
16- SSC TUR is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated in accordance with airline regulations, do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or carry out check-in and boarding on time but miss the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets or transfers and similar matters due to missing the flight are the responsibility of the passengers themselves.
17- The general baggage weight for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of SSC TUR.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using their miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (check with the airline to which you hold membership) after the tickets are issued. A mileage guarantee cannot be provided for each flight. Check whether the program's tickets are upgradeable.
19- Food and drink and online check-in services may be subject to extra fees with some airlines.
Other Matters
20- SSC TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in contact with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of SSC TUR will apply.
21- In cases where hotels are specified by category information without mentioning the names, and/or options are presented for the same destination, the hotel name will be communicated to the guest by SSC TUR 48 hours prior to the trip.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther than the indicated locations or kilometers. In such cases, the guest will be informed by SSC TUR 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
23- When registering for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to correctly enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as per the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check beforehand with your service provider whether your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by SSC TUR. It is ensured that reserved rooms correspond to the guest's preferences based on the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by SSC TUR.
27- The breakfast offered in hotels differs from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
28- In some cases, instead of a double bed room, a twin bed may be provided. Most European hotels offer rooms with two separate beds that can be combined as needed.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel and room type.
30- All types of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to the availability of the hotel and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is a maximum of 1.
32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made up of folding and pull-out beds known as couch beds. Our guests acknowledge and agree that there may be crowding and issues related to bed types due to the extra beds to be added to the standard room in reservations for triple rooms and/or with children.
33- If the number of children and their ages to be accommodated with adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility falls on the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child is accommodated next to two adults. Child discounts are valid for "single child" age groups staying alongside two adults.
35- Daily exchange rate changes will be reflected in the TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests, some extra services you will receive from the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes that are being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
37- The distance of the routes given in the programs is based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical locations of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
38- SSC TUR may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline used for flights without altering the content of the program in case of compulsory situations or as deemed necessary.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are the responsibility of the individual, and SSC TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. Expenses incurred in delivering forgotten items back to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item.
40- Participants in the tour are obliged to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports for health issues they may have.
41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel at check-in. The return of deposits requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and SSC TUR has no involvement in this matter.
Visa and Passport
42- Visa applications are required for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date.
44- In order for entry/exit stamps to be affixed to your passport at customs crossings/border gates, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exits will be allowed; the passport police have the authority to refuse you entry or exit, and SSC TUR cannot be held responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship wishing to participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applicable to the country they are traveling to; otherwise, SSC TUR will not be held responsible for any consequences.
47- In order to avoid problems with customs officers at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 are recommended to be cautious, as police officers may ask for a joint consent document from the parents when entering/exiting the country if they are traveling alone or with only one parent; therefore, both the guests under 18 and their parents are advised to be sensitive in this regard.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour date. In cases where there are less than 30 days until the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and in cases of 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will apply. When a participant requests cancellation for health reasons, they must present a report (signed by the Chief Physician) obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey. Note: For programs with flights, cancellations cannot be made and refunds are not possible.

The tour was a wonderful experience! I had so much fun from start to finish and we had a packed time. On the first day, we checked into the hotel without any delay. I loved the Moroccan desert safari, it was an amazing adventure! The details of the domestic tour were rich, feeling the culture and tasting local delicacies was incredible. The nature in Ayder and Batumi was so beautiful and peaceful that we felt like we were born again. The beaches and historical sites in Budva were unparalleled. I wish we could have stayed longer. I recommend all travelers to experience such a comprehensive tour; it left a fantastic mark in our memories.
I was a bit hesitant to join the tour, but we had such a mesmerizing experience! The desert safari in Morocco was like a visual feast; it was amazing to feel the desert atmosphere under the stars. We don’t have the chance to compare in Istanbul, but the culinary culture in Gaziantep at Gap truly delights the palate. What surprised me the most was the generosity of the green in the Black Sea region; it filled me with peace. Not to forget, being able to deeply inhale the atmosphere of the historic houses in Mardin was indescribable. I got so caught up in the Yılan kız kavurması that my stomach revolted.
This tour was truly magnificent! It was especially enjoyable because it was done by flight, and the journey was very comfortable. We started from Gaziantep, where everyone was so hospitable, and the food was excellent. The ruins of Harran in Urfa and the mystical atmosphere in Mardin were something else, like a brief journey through history! Additionally, the Diyarbakır walls looked stunning in the evening lights. A dreamlike visit to Budva followed; visiting Montenegro sparked great interest in me. I will never forget the romance of our stay in Batum and Ayder Plateau. Finally, Cappadocia was something else entirely; the depths of that place appealed to all my tastes. All of this happened in 7 days. It was definitely magnificent!
Last month's trip felt like a dream! The safari in the Moroccan desert made me feel as if I were in another world. Everything was intertwined with both history and nature, and visiting places where the sky is this beautiful broadens one's horizons. I didn't want to return from the explosion of flavors of the dishes we tasted in Gaziantep, Urfa, Mardin, and Diyarbakır. But the real surprise was when I encountered the unique nature of Montenegro, which made me fall in love with it even more. We enjoyed the culture and the scenery! The guides were incredibly informative, highlighting everything in great detail. This trip is definitely memorable, and I would want everyone to experience it.
