About Flights
- VENÜS TUR acts as an intermediary between airline companies and passengers, and in potential disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will apply.
- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. VENÜS TUR is obliged to inform the guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the tour.
- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Checking in and boarding procedures for those who participate in tours with flights are personal procedures, and these operations must be carried out by the guest in advance at the airports, from the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's websites.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and shown on information boards at the venue. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
- VENÜS TUR is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the required times according to airline regulations to join the tour, do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or those who check-in and board on time but do not board the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new tickets for the missed flight and transfer in the destination area, etc., will be borne by them.
- The general baggage weight limit for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.
- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline you are a member of) once the tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program can be upgraded.
- In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges.
Other Matters
- VENÜS TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest by contacting the hotel. In this case, VENÜS TUR's cancellation conditions will apply.
- In cases where the hotels are provided only with category information without specific hotel names mentioned in the tour program, and/or options are presented for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to the guest 48 hours before departure by VENÜS TUR.
- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, VENÜS TUR will provide information 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
- During the registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The cancellation or modification fees arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- To use your mobile phone abroad, please ensure that your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting your service provider.
- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by VENÜS TUR. Care will be taken for the booked rooms to align with the guest's preferences based on the hotel's availability. Fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.
- Breakfast served at hotels may differ from the rich breakfasts traditionally consumed in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room assigned to the group.
- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
- The policy for child and extra beds may vary by hotel and room types.
- Every additional bed and baby cot is provided upon request and subject to the hotel’s availability and requires hotel approval.
- The maximum capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1.
- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed; the bed assigned to the 3rd person in this type of room is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of folding beds or beds referred to as coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept potential crowding in the rooms due to extra beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations.
- If the number of children and their ages who will stay with adults in hotel reservations are stated incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the erroneous declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the age of children.
- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for the eligible age group of a “single child” staying with two adults.
- Daily exchange rate fluctuations reflect on TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment are applicable. Any additional requests, any extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) available at the hotel will incur additional charges, which are not included in your purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries may have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes that may apply in this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, roadworks, and similar conditions.
- VENÜS TUR can change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown when necessary or if deemed appropriate without breaking the content of the program.
- The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are the responsibility of the individuals. VENÜS TUR is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs of delivering the item to the country and/or owner will be borne by the item’s owner.
- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications or reports related to health issues.
- For possible extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the official institutions. 43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of travel.
- To have an entry-exit stamp on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
- Being exempt from a visa requirement for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit from the country, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual nationality who will participate in the tour using their other country's passport should consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures imposed by the country they will travel to; otherwise, VENÜS TUR will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
- In case of torn, damaged, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, renewal of passports is necessary to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 may be required by customs police to provide a document showing the joint consent of their parents when traveling alone or with only one parent, so it is recommended that the guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
