After meeting with our esteemed guests, we start our journey with the VENÜS Tour buses for the Black Sea Storm and Batumi Tour. After our break at Tursan Rest Area in Bolu Kaynaşlı, we will pick up our guests in Ankara and will take a break at the Sungurlu Menemenci Alaattin Rest Area. Then, we will arrive in Samsun Terme in the morning. After our breakfast break at Terme Zorlu Park Rest Area, we head towards Giresun. While we pass by Giresun Castle and Giresun Island panoramically from our bus, we will visit the Hazelnut Stop to taste the hazelnuts that are integrated with the region. Here you will have the opportunity to purchase Giresun Hazelnuts and find many products such as Hazelnut Cream, Pikola Hazelnut, Croquant, Hazelnut Paste. After our shopping break, we pass through Trabzon Vakfıkebir & Akçaabat districts and set off to visit the Sümela Monastery located in the Maçka district of our Trabzon province, within the boundaries of Altındere National Park. We continue with Çoşandere and head towards the extra path to Sümela Monastery taken by minibuses (extra). After about 350 meters of travel, we take photos of the open sections of the monastery with our guide's narration. We have our lunch at one of the region's best restaurants, either Zeytindalı Restaurant or Keyfi Sümela Restaurant, famous for Akçaabat Meatballs, and then we take a short break at Pervanoğlu Restaurant to taste the famous Hamsiköy Rice Pudding. After our break, we leave Trabzon province and head to the Çayeli district of Rize Province. We will board the waiting minibuses in Çayeli for the extra program and head to Çeçeva Village (Haremtepe). Here, we will see the endless Tea Gardens where many tea brands, and shooting for TV shows and films are made, we will pick tea and take souvenir photos in the tea gardens. We invite you to experience tea picking and all the stages of tea here to your heart's content. The Çeçeva Tea Gardens Tour will be conducted with local minibuses. (extra) After our tour, we will move to our hotel for rest. The first evening of our tour will be spent at the hotel with accommodation and dinner.

Black Sea Storm and Batumi Tour On the 3rd day, after breakfast, we board our bus and proceed to Çamlıhemşin. Next, we continue to the Ayder Plateau, which is home to many series and films, located at an altitude of 1350 meters, famous for its rich vegetation and healing springs. After completing our visits to Gelintülü Waterfall and Horon Plain, we give free time at the plateau. You can take a pleasant walk, have a warm chat with the local people, or enjoy tea or coffee in the venues here. After our tea or coffee, guests who wish can join our Huser Plateau Sunrise and Sea of Fog Tour at an altitude of 2600m (Extra). While watching the sunrise with a magnificent view, We Dance Hora Above the Clouds. After our trips, we move to our restaurant in Hopa for lunch (Extra). After our lunch, we head to Artvin Borçka Lake Tour ( Extra ) program. Here, we take the minibuses that await us to Borçka, and after approximately 1 hour of traveling through valleys separated by towering mountains, we reach Karagöl, a hidden paradise formed when the creek was blocked in the 18th century, with its magnificent plants and vegetation. You will have moments that will make time stand still while enjoying the view, and then we proceed to the Sarp border gate, which is the border between Turkey and Georgia, and after completing our customs procedures, we meet our waiting vehicle ( Extra ) and start our Batumi tour. First, we have a panoramic view of the Gonio Castle located in a small coastal town, where we watch the Çoruh River from underneath the stone bridge Gonio Bridge connecting Ahalsopeli and Adlia, and we take a short photo break for the legendary Upside Down House. After the break, we listen to the story of the Medea Statue, which shows the mythological face of the Caucasus soaring towards the sky in Europe Square, and we move to Piazza Square. One of the most beautiful places in Batumi, the square resembles the squares of European cities, offering a nice atmosphere with the fresh smell of coffee in the air. After our expressions, we visit the Saint Nicholas Church, which belongs to the Orthodox denomination and was built during the Ottoman Empire, still in active use. We take a photo break at the Poseidon Statue in Theater Square. We visit the Theater Building. We see the Alphabet Tower, one of the fourteen writing sections in the world, and the Ali and Nino Statue, which has inspired films and books with their love stories. We give free time for those who want to shop and spend time at the Casino. But is it over? No, it isn't... With our guide's guidance, a Batumi Night Program will be organized (Extra). The dinner during our accommodation this evening is not included in the tour price. Guests who do not wish to join the Batumi Night can have dinner at their own expense. After all our tours, we get back to our vehicle and head to Sarp Border Gate for our return to Turkey. After completing exit procedures, guests who wish can shop at Free Shops. After shopping, we get into our vehicle in Turkey and proceed to the hotel located in the valley. Our accommodation will be at the hotel.

Passes cannot be made with other types of identity cards (driver's license, institutional IDs, etc.). Minors traveling without both parents (Mother and Father Traveling Together) need to obtain a NOTARIZED LETTER OF CONSENT for entering BATUM. It is mandatory for ID cards to have a photo for infants and children.

The Black Sea Storm and Batumi Tour On the 4th day, after breakfast at our hotel, we board our minibuses to organize our tour where we will have the opportunity to see Çat Valley, Çinçiva Bridge, Şenyuva Village, and the three beauties known in the region as Zilkale, Palovit Waterfall, and Elevit Plateau. We meet with our bus in Çamlıhemşin and head to our facility where we will have lunch. We choose one of the menus featuring local specialties such as Red Spotted Trout, Beans, Meatballs, Chicken and crown our meal with Laz Borek. After lunch, you can swing on the Giant Swing which we will do for you as an extra. The rising trend of the Black Sea, the Zipline, can be done as an activity on the Fırtına River, with steel cables connected at a height of about 10 meters and a length of 350 meters. FREE OUTBOUND RETURN 200 TL :))) Rafting on the Fırtına River lasts approximately 1.5 hours on a light course, guided by expert trainers from the Turkish Federation (Extra). We leave behind our lunch and activities and turn our direction towards Rize, where we will visit the Tekpa Rize Fabric workshop where we can see the making of Rize fabrics live and also do some shopping. The biggest feature of Rize fabric is that it draws sweat from the body, keeping it cool and dry. After our shopping for Rize fabric, we see Rize Castle panoramically. As we proceed towards Uzungöl via the Trabzon Of - Çaykara - Taşkıran route, we stop by the Memiş Ağa Mansion Natural Local Products store where you can do local shopping. Then we arrive at Uzungöl and see the tree species on both sides of the road and the suspension bridges. You can take a walk in the tranquility of the calm lake and taste local flavors. Lustra and Karester Plateau Tour: We start climbing to a height of 2400 meters with our minibuses. We take photo breaks at the view terraces along the way and visit one of the plateau houses for tea. After a walk among the colorful flowers, we return to Uzungöl (Extra). For our guests who do not join the plateau tour, we provide free time in Uzungöl to enjoy the lake and nature. After the Uzungöl tour, we visit the Sürmene Knife Workshop to see the making of Sürmene knives and for those who wish, the opportunity to buy knives. After our visit, we head to the charming Vatan Tea Factory in the Black Sea to see and taste quality bulk and flavored tea production facilities, participate in tea picking activities, and complete our shopping before leaving the province of Trabzon behind while heading to our hotel in Giresun with the narration of our guide. Black Sea Storm and Batumi Tour On the 5th day, after having our last breakfast at the hotel, we head towards Ordu Boztepe at an altitude of 485 meters by changing our route to Boztepe Teleferik Park. (Extra). While taking the cable car to Boztepe, let's prepare our cameras to capture the spectacular views. After reaching the top, we enjoy our coffees with the magnificent view of the city. After our delightful visual feast, we are back on the road. After a break at Terme Zorlu Park Facilities, we head towards Samsun, located where the Kızılırmak and Yeşilırmak rivers flow into the sea, one of the most significant cornerstones of our Republic. First, we visit the Bandırma Steamboat, which Mustafa Kemal Atatürk arrived in Samsun with 18 friends to start the national struggle on May 19, 1919. We visit the Atatürk Honor Monument, which has become a symbol of Samsun, erected at the point where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk first landed in the city, created by Australian sculptor Heinrich Krippel. We visit Gazi Museum (Mantıka Palace), the hotel where Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed upon arriving in Samsun, and then proceed to visit Tobacco Pier, the first point where Atatürk set foot in Samsun to light the first torch of the National Struggle. Storm Like Black Sea Tour Terms and Conditions
Our tour lasts for 4 nights and 6 days. Hotel accommodation is for 3 nights.
Child discounts can be applied if accompanied by two adults.
Our guide can make changes in the program as long as the program is fully executed. Our tours consist of hotel, bus, airplane tour program, and guide services as a whole and cannot be considered separately.
For children aged 0-6, a bed may not be provided during hotel accommodation.
For bus tours, no fee is charged for children aged 0-1.99. If a seat is requested for children, the price for children aged 2-6 will apply.
In triple rooms, the 3rd bed may not be of standard bed comfort. Depending on the situation, guests may receive a pull-out bed or sofa bed.
It is mandatory for every individual over the age of 2 to have a seat on the bus.
No refunds will be made for unused transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc. during the tour.
No seat numbers can be promised at the time of reservation. Seat numbers are determined according to the order of the reservation date. Guests who purchase the tour early have the right to sit at the front.
For tours with 4 nights or more of accommodation, a rotation seating arrangement is implemented by shifting one row.
A tiered pricing policy applies to all tours. As the occupancy increases, tour prices also increase. Guests cannot claim the difference in prices after the date of purchase.
For flights, VENÜS Tour reserves the right to change the airport, airline, and flight time, depending on the intensity and provided that it does not disrupt the program. In case of airport changes, VENÜS Tour is obligated to provide free transfers to its guests.
Additional tours operate based on the number of participants. If an additional tour is not conducted, the guest does not have a right to compensation. In this case, VENÜS Tour has no responsibility. Additional tour prices may vary. In this case, the price valid is the one considered on the departure date of the tour, not the date it was purchased. Guests accept this by purchasing the tour.
The hours specified in the tour program are calculated based on normal weather and road conditions, and in case of possible delays, VENÜS Tour is not responsible, and the guest has no right to compensation.
Changes can be made in the accommodation areas and hotels according to availability, provided that they are of the same standards. All allocations are made by hotel officials, and VENÜS Tour has no authority regarding this matter.
In Black Sea Tours, the mountain hotels have the structure of bungalows and standard mountain hotels. There is no obligation for traditional meals at the hotels.
Due to the intensity of the program during tours, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so guests should be prepared for this situation.
During lunch, economically diverse menus unique to the region are created. During lunch and dinner, depending on the regional intensity, tables allocated for groups are used.
VENÜS Tour is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to adverse weather conditions before or during the tour.
A minimum of 30 participants is required for this tour to take place. If there is not enough majority, VENÜS Tour reserves the right to cancel the tour with a 3-day notice.
In the case of tour cancellation, VENÜS Tour is required to personally inform the cancellation. There is no right to compensation due to legal procedures.
Entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
VENÜS Tour reserves the right to change hotels to upper or equivalent categories, provided that the star category remains the same.
During the trip, please ensure that you take all of your belongings with you when leaving the vehicles and hotels. VENÜS Tour is not responsible for lost items.
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days prior to the tour. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and for cancellations made less than 20 days before the tour date, a 100% penalty is applied. The participant must present a report obtained from State Hospitals in Turkey (signed by the chief doctor) along with the cancellation request.
About Batumi Entry
According to the agreement between Turkey and Georgia, Turkish citizens can enter Batumi with their national identity cards bearing their TC identity number or passports. Entry is not permitted with other ID cards (such as driver's licenses, marriage certificates, etc.). Non-Turkish citizens will enter with their passports. Guests under 18 traveling without their families must obtain a notarized consent letter for entry into Batumi (even with custody). The consent letter must be approved by both parents.
Important Note: Entries to Batumi are made with the new chip identity cards. Guests who have applied for the new identity card have their old cards invalidated, so they cannot enter Batumi until they receive their new chip identity cards. Infants and children also require a chip new identity card and a photo.
About Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package and Mandatory Travel Insurance
The Cancellation Refund Guarantee Package offers a conditional 100% refund guarantee for cancellations or changes made up to 72 hours (3 days) before the tour departure date.
Mandatory travel insurance; is a free insurance provided by our agency for all guests, covering the agency's bankruptcy or any situation preventing the delivery of the package tour services. It does not cover health insurance or treatment expenses (health insurance is the guest's personal expense).
