After meeting with our valuable guests at the specified times, we will start our journey to Capadocia Ihlara Valley and Hacı Bektaş Tour with VENÜS TUR buses. First, we will have a break at the Kaynaşlı Türsan Rest Area, and then we will pick up our guests coming from Ankara before heading to our first stop, Salt Lake, where we will have a short photo break in the early morning. After that, we will stop for our first breakfast at the Kapadokus Hotel (Extra). After breakfast, we will proceed towards the Cappadocia region, which the Persians referred to as the “Land of Beautiful Horses.” Our first stop will be the Ihlara Valley, which is 14 km long and formed by the Melendiz River. During our short walk in the Ihlara Valley, we will see the Ağaçaltı Church, one of the remaining 105 places of worship in the valley, and the only church depicting Jesus Christ in a lotus position, the Yılanlı Church. After the Ihlara Valley, our second stop will be the Underground City (Derinkuyu Underground City, Kaymaklı Underground City, or Özkonak Underground City can be visited), which is a marvel of engineering and was able to shelter thousands of people fleeing from enemy raids for months. After exploring the Underground City, we will take an extra lunch break at a rock-designed restaurant in Uchisar, famous for its pottery. After lunch, we will learn about pottery made from red clay taken from the old bed of the Kızılırmak River and watch the production process before taking a photo break at Paşabağ (Valley of Saint Simeon), where we will see the most beautiful examples of multi-headed fairy chimneys. After walking among the fairy chimneys and taking photos in Paşabağ, we will explore Develi Valley (Dervent Valley), which houses interesting fairy chimney formations and is named after its camel-shaped fairy chimney. This route will lead us to Ürgüp, one of the most important points in Cappadocia. After a panoramic tour inside Ürgüp, known as Prokopia during the time of the Greeks, we will pass by the mansion where the Asmalı Konak series was filmed and see the Hat-Fairy Chimneys, along with the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys, which are symbols of Cappadocia. At the end of our visits, we will have the chance to taste delicious Cappadocian wines during our visit to the Wine Cellars. After all our tours, we will check in to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel. Our guests can participate in the Turkish Night* Organization (Extra) after dinner if they wish.
*Turkish Night: 8-10 kinds of appetizers according to the season, dried fruits, popcorn, unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served.

On the 3rd Day of our Cappadocia Ihlara Valley and Hacı Bektaş Tour, after having breakfast at our hotel, we start the new day. To explore among the fairy chimneys, we either go for an ATV Tour or watch the balloon takeoffs and participate in the balloon tour (Extra), and you can join our Horseback Riding Tour (Extra). First, we go to the Onyx Stone Workshop to learn about the characteristics and processing of Onyx, a type of Agate found in the Quartz group. After our visit to the Onyx Stone Workshop, we will visit the Göreme Open Air Museum, considered the place where the monastic education system was initiated, accompanied by our guide’s explanations. After the guide’s explanations, during our break, you can explore the Rock Churches (St. Basil Chapel, Elmalı Church, Yılanlı Church), the Dining Hall, the Kitchen, and the Cellar. At the end of our visit, we will take an extra lunch break. After lunch, we will visit the Pigeon Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in the region. After photographing the pigeon nests and purchasing some of Cappadocia's famous dried fruits, we will leave Cappadocia and head to Ayazel Leather to witness and receive a presentation on the modernization of a recently popularized cultural and tourist organization in the region. After our presentation, we will head towards Gülşehir direction to visit the Tomb of Hacıbektaş-ı Veli, who was born in Horasan in 1248 and whose universal views have embraced all segments of society since the 13th century, the patron of the Janissaries. In the Hacı Bektaş-i Veli Museum; we pass through the largest of the 7 doors, known as Ak Kapı, to reach the Nadar Courtyard. After seeing the Üçler Fountain, we move to the Dargah Courtyard through the Üçler Door and we see the Triangular Arch Pool, Lion Fountain, the Holy Black Cauldron in the Kitchen, Dervish Clothes and Items in the Guest House before heading to the Pir Courtyard. At the entrance to the courtyard, we will see the Atatürk Corner, Dervish Earrings at Balım Sultan's Tomb, and then visit Chillahane, Kırklar Square, Güvenç Abdal Tomb, and finally the Tomb of Hacı Bektaş-i Veli located at Huzur-u Pir before starting our journey back. In the evening, after a beautiful weekend holiday, we will drop you off at the picked-up locations and say goodbye until we meet again at the next VENÜS Tour organization.

TOUR CONDITIONS
The duration of our tour is 2 Nights 3 Days. Hotel accommodation is realized for 1 Night.
Child discounts can only be applied when accompanied by two adults.
Our guide can make changes during the program, provided that the program is fully executed. Our tours are a whole with hotel, bus, flight tour programs, and guiding services and cannot be considered separately.
No bed may be provided for children aged 0–6 during hotel accommodation.
No fee is charged for children aged 0-1.99 on bus tours. If a seat is requested for children, the price for children aged 2-6 will apply.
In triple rooms, the 3rd bed may not be of normal bed comfort. Depending on the situation, the hotel may provide a folding bed or sofa bed to our guests.
Every individual over the age of 2 is required to have a seat on the bus.
Unused transportation, accommodation, sightseeing rights, etc. during the tour are non-refundable.
No seat guarantees can be provided at the time of reservation. Seat numbers are determined in order of reservation dates. Guests who purchase the tour early have the right to sit in the front.
A tiered pricing policy applies to all tours. As the occupancy of the tours increases, tour prices also rise. Guests cannot claim the difference in case of price changes after the purchase date.
In flights with Venus Tour, depending on density and without interrupting the program; the right to change the airport, airline company, and flight schedule is reserved. In case of changes in the airport, Venus Tour must provide free transportation to its guests.
Extra tours operate based on the number of participants. If an extra tour does not take place, the guest does not obtain compensation rights. In this case, Venus Tour bears no responsibility. The prices for extra tours may change. In this case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not taken into consideration, but rather the date the tour takes place. The price of the extra tour valid at the time of the tour is applicable. The guest agrees to this by purchasing the tour.
The hours indicated in the tour program are calculated according to normal weather and road conditions, and in case of possible delays, Venus Tour is not responsible, and the guest has no compensation rights.
Changes may be made in the accommodation areas and hotels based on density, provided that they adhere to the same standards. All placements are done by hotel authorities, and Venus Tour has no jurisdiction regarding this matter.
Weekend Accommodation Tours have standards of city hotels. There is no obligation for local cuisine in hotels; they serve as either set menu or buffet.
During tours, due to program intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable for guests to be prepared for this situation.
Lunches have been prepared with regionally specific economical menus. During lunch and dinner, tables divided by groups are used based on the regional density.
Venus Tour is not responsible for tours that cannot be held due to adverse weather conditions prior to or during the tour.
A minimum participation number of 16 is required for this tour to operate. If there is not a sufficient majority, Venus Tour reserves the right to cancel the tour by notifying 3 days in advance.
In case of tour cancellation, Venus Tour must personally inform about the cancellation. As it is a legal process, there is no right to compensation.
During the travel period, please ensure that you take all your belongings when leaving the vehicles and hotels. Venus Tour is not responsible for lost items.
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and if made less than 20 days in advance, a 100% penalty will be applied. The participant must submit a report from state hospitals in Turkey (signed by the chief physician) when requesting cancellation due to health reasons.
CANCELLATION REFUND GUARANTEE PACKAGE AND MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE
The cancellation refund guarantee package offers an unconditional 100% refund guarantee if a reservation cancellation request is made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the departure date or in case of changes.
Mandatory travel insurance; is provided free of charge by our agency to all guests. It covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason that prevents the provision of package tour services. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. (Private Health Insurance is an expense that belongs to the Guest)
