- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours that last a maximum of 2-3 hours without including museum or historical site entries with commentary from the guide in the vehicle. If panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to restrictions from local authorities regarding access or closures caused by any event, as well as in cases where it becomes impossible to conduct due to weather conditions, VENÜS TUR cannot be held responsible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where access is not permitted due to closed roads or vehicle entry restrictions.
- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants, the status of the museum and historical sites being closed. This rule also applies in the event of changes in flight times.
- In tours conducted with speed boats, it is important to avoid heavy meals and excessive drinking of water right before boarding. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues or pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
- There is no refund for participation in services such as tours or meal services included in the prices if not participated.
About Flights
- VENÜS TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, along with the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will be applicable.
- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. VENÜS TUR is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has acknowledged the risks of flight time changes/cancellations by purchasing the tour.
- Children between 0-2 years of age only pay the applicable airport tax.
- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of airline tickets purchased round-trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flights are personal responsibilities and must be performed by the guests before the flight at airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline's websites.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be announced audibly at airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information should be monitored directly by the guests.
- VENÜS TUR is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated according to airline rules for participation in the tour, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the visited region for passengers who have missed the flight are borne by them.
- The general baggage weight limit for Turkish departures is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination, this weight may drop to 15 kg. The rules for excess baggage weight/fees are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.
- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrades may be performed depending on the airline's availability (check with the airline to see if you have membership). A mile guarantee is not provided for each flight. Check whether the tickets in the program are in upgradeable class.
- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may incur additional charges.
Other Matters
- VENÜS TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by guests contacting the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of VENÜS TUR will apply.
- When the hotel(s) are presented with only category information and/or optional offerings for the same destination without hotel names in the tour program, they will be notified by VENÜS TUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
- During special periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther away than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, VENÜS TUR will inform 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
- At the time of booking for the purchased tour; guests should accurately enter the name, birth date, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes of flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
- To use mobile phones abroad, check with the service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is activated for international use.
- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by VENÜS TUR. Every effort is made to ensure that the booked rooms align with guest preferences according to hotel availability. However, the realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.
- Breakfasts offered in hotels differ from the rich Turkish breakfast commonly known. Typically offered as continental breakfast, they usually consist of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
- In some cases, a double-bed room may be provided instead of a twin-bed room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel and room type.
- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel.
- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1.
- In triple rooms, there is an application for extra beds; the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of fold-out and coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential crowding and bed type in standard rooms due to the extra beds to be added in their three-person room and/or reservations with children.
- During hotel reservations, if the number of children staying with adults and their ages are reported incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided inaccurate information. The hotel may request identification to verify children's ages.
- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, an extra bed may not be available for the child. Child rates are valid only for children staying with two adults. Child discounts apply to “one child” within the applicable age group when staying with both adults.
- The exchange rates of the day are reflected in TL prices. Current exchange rates are applicable at the time of payment. Additional requests, some extra services (mini-bar, laundry, etc.) you may take at the hotel will be subject to additional fees. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during check-in or check-out.
- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel durations may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road work, and other conditions.
- VENÜS TUR may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of mandatory situations or if deemed necessary.
- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen belongings. 41- A deposit in cash or credit card issued by a formal institution may be requested by the hotel at check-in for any potential extra expenses. The deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENÜS TUR has no intervention in this process.

- Our guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel.
- To ensure the passport is stamped at customs during border crossings, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport.
- Being exempt from visa requirements for entering the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit; the border police have the authority to refuse to allow you into or out of the country, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using a different country’s passport must inquire about the visa procedures of the country they will be traveling to with the relevant consulates, otherwise VENÜS TUR will not be responsible for the results that arise.
- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged may cause problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited; therefore, it is necessary to renew the passports. In case of not renewing, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under 18 years of age may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of their parents during entry and exit from the country while traveling alone or with only one parent; therefore, it is advisable for guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive to this issue.
