On the 2nd day of our Elegant Baku Tour, after luggage delivery and check-in procedures, we will take a scheduled flight with AJet Airlines to Baku. After arriving in the fire city of Baku, we will start our city tour with our vehicle waiting for us. In Baku, where we will trace the footsteps of familiar memories, our first stop will be the Ehrenfeld, where the graves of Azerbaijan's literary figures, scientists, and artists are located. After enjoying the wonderful view of the Flame Towers from the "Mountain Top" park, we will visit the Martyrs' Monument dedicated to the memory of Turkish and Azerbaijan Turkish soldiers. Accompanied by our guide, we will see a different face of Baku with a short funicular ride. At the end of our short funicular tour, we will have free time at Baku Boulevard. Then, we will begin to explore the Old City, which is adorned with beautiful examples of stonemasonry and is the most interesting part of Baku, the pearl of the Caspian Sea. After visiting the Maiden Tower and the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, which are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites, along with old mosques and baths, and the Miniature Book Museum, we will have a break for free time and shopping on Nizami Street while walking through the historic cobblestone streets. Afterward, we will proceed to our hotel where we will be staying. Accommodation will be at our hotel.

On the 3rd Day of Our Elegant Baku Tour, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will start our journey to the famous Gobustan National Park, which is located about 65 km southwest of Baku and has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This national park, famous for its impressive collection of rock carvings known as petroglyphs dating back more than 20,000 years, will provide us valuable insights into the lives of ancient people through the depictions of hunting and fishing practices, religious beliefs, and artistic expressions. After exploring this area, where we can see the world's largest ancient cave writings and over 6,000 petroglyphs on a 537-hectare site, we will continue our journey to visit the Mud Volcanoes area, located a short distance from Gobustan. Azerbaijan is home to over 700 mud volcanoes, renowned for their natural resources. After observing the live volcanic activity, we will begin our return journey. On our way, we will visit the Bibi Heybat Mosque, one of the most important spiritual landmarks in Azerbaijan, and explore the area that has transformed into a tourist spot where oil extraction takes place, sharing the same name. After the tour, we will return to the hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel.

On the 4th Day of our Elegant Baku Tour, after having breakfast at the hotel, we set off to carry out our Absheron Peninsula tour. We visit the Ateshgah Temple, which is located about 30 km from the city center. Ateshgah, one of the 3 Zoroastrian temples in the world, features a structure that incorporates Indian architecture and has as its centerpiece the "Eternal Flame" (Fire Mountain), which is the place of worship. Among the places we will see are the rooms where Zoroastrians stayed while completing their pilgrimage and areas where they worshipped. Afterwards, we proceed to see the Heydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

On the 5th Day of Our Elegant Baku Tour, after breakfast at the hotel, we will check out from the rooms and transfer to the airport. Flight to Istanbul with AJet Airlines' scheduled flights. Arriving at Sabiha Gökçen Airport marks the end of our tour and services.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; VENÜS TOUR may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The total amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. In the case of refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour, any domestic flight connections purchased from VENÜS TOUR will also be refunded, while visa services and travel health insurance if applied on behalf of the guest will not be refundable as they are considered utilized; if the visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be cancelled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connections from a different service provider independent of VENÜS TOUR, the guest cannot demand any refund from VENÜS TOUR in case the tour is canceled by VENÜS TOUR. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour; VENÜS TOUR cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, VENÜS TOUR reserves the right to act in good faith not to cancel the tour. In this case, the organization of the tour for the guest individually will be considered, and the included guidance service will only cover the airport transfers for the round trip abroad.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Guests have the right to cancel their reservation without penalty provided they inform VENÜS TOUR in writing up to 30 days before the departure date, excluding airline tickets for which payment has been made or commitments have been entered. In cases where the tour starts less than 31 days away, the cancellation will incur a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee after deducting the flight ticket cost, and in cases where the cancellation is made 15 days or less before the start date of the tour, the entire tour fee will be forfeited as a penalty. In cases of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the cancellation request timeframe, so it is necessary to inquire about the refund in advance. VENÜS TOUR cannot guarantee any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.
Guidance Services and Additional Tours
5- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and consist of a panoramic tour with narration by the guide from within the vehicle, lasting no more than 2-3 hours and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. Venues may not be accessible or may be closed due to local authorities' restrictions, or any events may prevent the tours from taking place, and in cases where it is impossible to carry out the tours due to weather conditions, VENÜS TOUR is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may require the use of public transport or walking in areas where vehicle access is not permitted due to closed roads.
7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closed status of museums and archaeological sites, and this situation also applies in the case of possible changes in flight times.
8- Regarding tours conducted using Speed Boats, it is advised that heavy meals should not be consumed and excessive amounts of water should not be ingested just before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide of their conditions.
9- There is no refund for non-participation in services included in the price listed under the tour or meal services.
About Flights
10- VENÜS TOUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. VENÜS TOUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellation of the flight time by purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures to be completed by those participating in tours by air are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guests themselves either at the airports before the flight at the relevant airline counters or online at the airline's websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced in the airport and displayed on the information boards. This information should be followed directly by the guests.
16- VENÜS TOUR cannot be held responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated according to the airline's regulations for participation in the tour, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new one-way or round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination due to missing the flight will be borne by the guests.
17- Generally, the baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight can be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TOUR.
18- Guests wanting to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class) can do so dependent on the availability of the airline after tickets have been issued. No guarantee of miles for each flight is provided. Please check whether the tickets for the program are of an upgradeable class.
19- Meal and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges with some airlines.
Other Matters
20- SSC TOUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such a case, VENÜS TOUR cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where the hotel names are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided, or where options are presented for the same destination, this will be notified to the guest 48 hours before the date of tour departure by VENÜS TOUR.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further away than the indicated locations or kilometers. In such cases, the guest will be notified 15 days before the tour departure date by VENÜS TOUR.
23- During the registration process for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellations or changes on incorrectly entered information will be imposed on the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, ensure that your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting your service provider.
25- For accommodation, check-in time at hotels is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
26- VENÜS TOUR will communicate any requests related to the room (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts will be made to accommodate the reserved rooms according to the preferences of the guest, depending on the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by VENÜS TOUR.
27- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally expected in Turkish cuisine. It is usually provided as a continental breakfast consisting of limited selections such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and can be served in separate halls designated for groups.
28- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined when necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary from hotel to hotel depending on room types.
30- Any extra bedding or baby cot is provided upon request and based on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for additional bedding or baby cots in the room is limited to 1 unit (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are usually sofa beds or folding beds. Our guests accept the potential crowding and bed type issues due to extra beds added to standard rooms in their triple room and/or child reservations.
33- In hotel reservations, if the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children are mistakenly reported by the guests, the respective hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided incorrect information. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In bookings for 2 adults + 1 child, separate bedding may not be available for the child. Child rates apply only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are applicable only for the eligible “sole child” staying beside two adults.
35- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and certain extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel will be subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the price during booking and are to be paid directly at the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All applicable city, tourism, or other taxes being collected at the time of entry or exit will be charged by the hotel.
37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. The duration of the journey may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and other conditions.
38- VENÜS TOUR may change the sequence of cities in the program or the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program when deemed necessary or in case of mandatory circumstances.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of the participants are the personal responsibility of the guests, and VENÜS TOUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten belongings are found, the costs of delivering them to the country and/or the individual are borne by the owner of the items.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and prescriptions in case of any health issues.
41- For possible extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, official institutions may require a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit, which is required by the hotel. The refund of the deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENÜS TOUR has no intervention.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for T.C. citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months after the end of the travel.
44- To ensure that stamps are applied for entry-exit on your passport at customs border passes, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport.
45- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean you can enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to deny your entry or exit from the country, and VENÜS TOUR is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship who will be participating in the tour using another country's passport are required to consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applicable to their respective passport countries; otherwise, VENÜS TOUR cannot be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to worn, damaged, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under 18 must be cautious as there is a possibility that police officers may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent; families with guests under 18 are recommended to be sensitive about this issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free until 30 days before the tour date. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the tour date, a 30% penalty will apply, and for 20 days or less prior to the tour date, a 100% penalty will apply. If the participant requests a cancellation for health reasons, they must provide a report obtained from a government hospital in Turkey (signed by the chief physician). Note: Cancellations and refunds for programs with flights cannot be processed as cancellations cannot be made by the airline.
