Express Central Europe Tour Day 1 Meeting with our esteemed guests at the Pegasus Airlines check-in counter in the International Departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before the flight time. After luggage and ticket procedures, we will fly to Budapest with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. Upon arrival, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Budapest. During our city tour, we will visit places such as the Erszebet Bridge, Gellert Hill, Fisherman's Bastion, St. Matthias Cathedral, the Chain Bridge, the Opera, and Heroes' Square. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. In the evening, our guests who wish can join the optional activity organized by our guide, the Dinner with Gypsy Night (60€ per person). In the most authentic restaurant of Budapest, we will watch traditional dances in Hungarian costumes and enjoy an unforgettable night with the famous Hungarian Gipsy orchestra's music. During dinner, we will also have the opportunity to taste the famous Tokaji wines. On our way back to the hotel, you will have the chance to see Budapest's magnificent night views. Express Central Europe Tour Day 2 After breakfast at the hotel, we head to the city of Vienna. Guests who wish can join the optional Esztergom Tour organized by our guide along the route (30€ per person). During this tour, we visit the Estergon Fortress, which has important strategic significance in Turkish history, and the Esztergom Basilica, the center of the Hungarian Catholic Church. After the tour, we continue our journey. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Vienna. The places to be seen during the tour include the Opera, University, Parliament Building, Theatre, Prater, Hofburg, and Museum Quarter. In the evening, guests who wish can participate in the optional Vienna Concert Evening (65€ per person) organized by our guide. Express Central Europe Tour Day 3 After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the Bratislava & Vienna Woods & Seegrotte Tour organized by our guide for an additional fee (90€ per person). Our first stop on this tour is Bratislava. With a per capita income of €25,000, Bratislava is one of the richest capitals in Central Europe; on our city tour, we will see the Bratislava riverbanks, Bratislava Castle, St. Martin's Cathedral, the old town center, the Parliament, the Slovak National Theater building, and the historic building where Mozart performed at the age of 6. After the tour, our next stop will be the Vienna Woods and Seegrotte. We will take a boat ride in Seegrotte, the largest underground lake in Europe, which was also used as the first jet factory by Nazi Germany during World War II. Other places we will see include the Mayerling Hunting Lodge, the fairytale-like Liechtenstein Castle, Heiligenkreuz Monastery, Schönbrunn Palace Gardens, and the thermal baths and natural city of Baden where Beethoven composed his 9th Symphony. Express Central Europe Tour Day 4 After breakfast at the hotel, we head to the city of Prague. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Cesky Krumlov Tour organized by our guide along the route (30€ per person). Cesky Krumlov, which appears like an island within the meanders of the Vltava River, will take you back in time with its houses, streets, and castle. After the tour, our journey continues. We will have a panoramic city tour of Prague upon arrival. During the tour, we will see the Lesser Town, Charles IV Bridge, Old Town Square, and the Astronomical Clock Tower. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional Dinner Cruise on the Vltava River organized by our guide (60€ per person). On this tour, where we will enjoy an open buffet dinner on our boat, we set out for a beautiful cruise with the city's night views on the Vltava River that divides the city into two. Central Europe Express Tour Day 5 After breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional tour organized by our guide to Dresden & Prague Castle (75€ per person). Our first stop will be Dresden, 160 km from Prague, known as the Florence of the Elbe, a magnificent city built in baroque architecture that rose from the ashes after World War II. We will begin our city tour in Dresden, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful cities in Germany, where we will see Fraunkirche, Zwinger Palace, Bruhl Terrace, Royal Way, Elbe River, and the Martin Luther statue. We will then return to Prague for our Prague Castle tour. This historic castle, located on the highest hill of the city and to the west of the Vltava River, has been the center of the city's administration for over 1000 years and is listed in the Guinness World Records as “The Oldest Castle in the World and the Largest Castle Complex.” It is a perfect opportunity to experience this castle up close on foot. We will also see the Prague Presidential Palace and the Oldest Gothic Church in History during this visit. There will be a short photo break for you to take pictures of the castle. After the tour, we will return to the hotel. In the evening, those who wish can join our guide's optional event, the Dinner Czech Night (60€ per person). You will enjoy a fun evening with traditional Czech music and folk dances, tasting the wonderful flavors of Czech cuisine in local restaurants. Transfer back to the hotel after the tour. IMPORTANT NOTES
• A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel, and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Torn and worn passports cannot be used for entry.
• For visa applications, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months and the necessary documents specified in the list available from our agencies must be submitted to the agency in writing at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• In cases of fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may arise in cities, accommodation may be made outside of the promised distance and region. In such cases, the hotel area will be communicated in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country that the tour enters or from the country where the most accommodation will take place; otherwise, the passport police may not allow entry, and the AGENT will not be responsible under any circumstances.
• In case of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• The AGENT is only an intermediary between the consulate and our clients, and is not responsible if the visa is not approved for any reason, if it is not issued in time, and/or if there are any errors in the visa; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from the AGENT in any way.
• The AGENT acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During registration, it is mandatory to enter the full name, birth date, and passport number as they appear in the passport into the system. Plane tickets will be issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes to tickets due to incorrect information will incur no-show fees for the guests.
• Flight times may change before the flight, and all times must be verified in writing by our guests by calling the main office 48 hours before the departure date.
• The city where the plane will land may vary. The AGENT cannot be held responsible for time changes or delays made by airlines.
• Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes will not be held responsible by the AGENT for changes in domestic flight connections.
• Airline rules are applicable for group tickets, and under group ticket rules, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• For flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENT.
• If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be informed of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the program is a sample route and may be subject to change.
• City tours may be conducted the following day/days based on the arrival time in the city.
• The excursions stated in the programs may be conducted on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Alternative tours along the way will take place if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept at the rest area.
• In periods of high demand such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodations may be made outside the city.
• Tours or trips that local authorities do not allow visits to for any reason will not be organized. Alternative tours will be conducted only with a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, the guide may decide whether to conduct the tour, and prices may be adjusted if necessary. The AGENT cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such trips or tours.
• Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
• The AGENT reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be made at the mentioned hotel.
• In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or may be an additional opening and closing bed.
• Please ensure that you take all your belongings when leaving the vehicles and hotels you have used during your trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel without any charges up to 30 days before the tour. If canceled within less than 30 days of the tour date, a 30% charge will apply, and if canceled within 20 days or less, a 100% charge will apply. If a participant requests cancellation due to health reasons, they must provide a report from a state hospital in Turkey (signed by the Chief Physician). Note: In flight-inclusive programs, cancellations cannot be made by the airline, so reservations cannot be canceled or refunded.
