Day 1 ISTANBUL (SAW) - DUBAI
Meeting at the Air Arabia Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours prior to the flight. After ticket and baggage procedures, we will depart for Dubai on Air Arabia Airlines flight G9284 at 00:35. Arrival at Sharjah Airport at 05:45 local time in Dubai. After passport procedures, our tour begins with our vehicle waiting at the airport, featuring lunch included Dubai Old Markets and City Tour. We will start this tour by taking abras to visit the Textiles Market, Gold Market, Spice Souks, Sheikh Palace, Emirates Tower, Skyscrapers Avenue, the world's only seven-star hotel Burj Al Arab, Souk Madinat Jumeirah (photo break), Jumeirah area, and Palm Island. After the tour, we will proceed to the hotel for lunch. Following lunch, we will complete the check-in process at the hotel. After a short rest at the hotel, guests who wish can join the optional Dhow Cruise Dinner with Evening Show (80 Euro) for an additional cost. We will experience a buffet dinner and surprise shows while cruising in traditional wooden boats through Dubai's most popular areas, including JBR, Dubai Eye / Blue Water Island (the world's largest Ferris wheel), Dubai Marina, and the stunning night view of Palm Island. After our enjoyable boat journey, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 DUBAI
After having breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the extra-organized tour to Abu Dhabi - Sheikh Zayed Mosque - Ferrari World (photo break). (60 Euro) (Entrance fee for Ferrari World is not included, it is 90 Euro per person, to be paid to the guide) We start our tour at Sheikh Zayed Mosque, which is the fourth largest mosque in the world. After our visit to the mosque, we continue with our city tour of Abu Dhabi. The Etihad Towers, where the Fast & Furious movie was filmed, and the Emirates Palace, the most expensive hotel in the world, are among the places to be seen. After the tour, we head to the world-renowned Ferrari World. After our photo break here, we return to Dubai. In the evening, guests who wish can participate in the Desert Flower Burj Khalifa - Dubai Mall Shopping Center and Fountain Show tour. (25 Euro) (The entrance fee for Burj Khalifa is not included, it is 50 Euro per person, to be paid to the guide) Our tour includes the world’s largest architecture, Burj Khalifa. Do you think the buildings in our country or other countries are tall? We believe your opinion will change after seeing Burj Khalifa. This magnificent architectural work, inspired by the desert flower Hymenocalis, holds the title of the tallest building in the world. We definitely recommend that you go up to the 125th floor and enjoy the stunning view of Dubai from there. Known as one of the largest shopping centers in the world, Dubai Mall has a capacity of 1200 shops. After taking a break at Dubai Mall, we watch the Fountain sound and light show. After our tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 DUBAI
After breakfast, guests who wish can participate in theextra Miracle Garden tour. (60 Euro) In the world's largest garden, which hosts 45 million flowers on approximately 18 acres of land, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale garden. One of the most surprising aspects of the garden is that the flower designs change every season to ensure that visitors have a different experience each time they visit. After this unique experience, we will transfer back to our hotel. At around 14:30-15:30, guests who wish can join theextra Dinner Desert Safari tour. (80 Euro) You can experience unforgettable moments in the desert with 4X4 vehicles, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. Additionally, at the Bedouin camp set up in the desert, you can enjoy a buffet dinner and a belly dance show to relieve all the fatigue of the day. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 DUBAI
After having breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the optional tour of Dubai Frame and Dubai Outlet Mall. (60 Euro) Imagine a massive picture frame that is 150 meters high and 93 meters wide? Dubbed as the largest picture frame in the world, you can be sure that you will see Dubai from a very different perspective at Dubai Frame. During our photo stop inside the frame, we will observe two different sides of Dubai: old Dubai and new Dubai. Afterwards, we will head to one of the largest outlets in the world, the Dubai Outlet Mall. After some free time in the shopping center that houses hundreds of brands, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 DUBAI - ISTANBUL (SAW)
After having breakfast at the hotel, free time. Later, transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide. After luggage and ticket procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with Air Arabia Airlines flight G9283 at 19:40. Arriving at local time 23:40 and the end of our tour.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be thought of independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, VENÜS TUR may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the tour departure date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The total amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Regarding additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connection purchased from VENÜS TUR will also be refunded to the guest, and if the visa service and travel health insurance have been applied on behalf of the guest, these services are non-refundable because they have been utilized. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of VENÜS TUR, in the case of cancellation of the tour by VENÜS TUR, no refund can be requested from VENÜS TUR. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and VENÜS TUR cannot be held responsible.
3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, VENÜS TUR has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guidance service will only cover the international arrival-departure transfers.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify VENÜS TUR in writing, except for airline tickets for which payments have been made and/or commitments have been made. In case there are 31 days or less until the start date of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the cost of the flight ticket, and for cancellations made 15 days or less before the start of the trip, the entire tour fee will be payable as the penalty fee. In case of cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request period, so it is necessary to inquire in advance regarding refunds. VENÜS TUR cannot make any commitments regarding the refunds for cancellation of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours mentioned in the program may change at the discretion of the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and historical places at the visited sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed to provide a general introduction to the cities and consist of tours that last a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with a narration by the guide, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. If the panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, cannot be conducted due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the days and times of the tours, or if it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions, VENÜS TUR shall not be held responsible for the failure to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in locations where vehicles are not permitted or accessing routes that are closed.
7- Our guide may make changes to the schedule of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants, or the closed status of the museums and archaeological sites. This also applies in cases of changes in flight times.
8- For our tours conducted by Speed Boats, guests should be aware that heavy meals should not be eaten just before boarding the boat and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- There will be no refund for non-participation in the tour or meal services included in the prices.
About Flights
10- VENÜS TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. VENÜS TUR is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to the regulations of the airlines; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- The check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in airplane tours are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guests prior to the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline company's websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. Guests must follow this information personally.
16- VENÜS TUR is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the specified airport at the reported times according to the airline rules, do not conduct check-in and boarding processes on time, or who conduct these processes in time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and necessary transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight are the responsibility of the guests.
17- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.
18- For our guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be performed after the tickets are issued depending on the availability of the airline (check your membership with the airline). No guarantee is provided for upgrades on each flight. Please check whether the tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class.
19- Some airlines may charge extra for catering and online check-in services.
Other Issues
20- VENÜS TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly communicating with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of VENÜS TUR will apply.
21- In cases where hotels are indicated only by category information without specifying hotel names in the tour program, and/or options are provided for the same destination, the guest will be informed by VENÜS TUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further from the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, guests will be informed by VENÜS TUR 15 days prior to the tour departure.
23- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest’s name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport must be entered/certified correctly in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees arising from incorrect information on the tickets will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with the company your line belongs to before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is activated for international use.
25- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Any requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking room, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by VENÜS TUR. Efforts will be made to accommodate the preferences of guests regarding the reserved rooms according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel's availability at the time of check-in and is not guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.
27- The breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast typically found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for the group.
28- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel, depending on room types.
30- Any extra bed and baby cot requests will be provided according to the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are either foldable or referred to as couch beds. Our guests hereby acknowledge that they accept the tightness and bed types that may arise due to extra beds added to standard rooms in reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children.
33- If the number of children and their ages accommodated with adults is incorrectly declared during hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the ages of children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates apply only if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts are valid for "one child" in the age group who stays with two adults.
35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and certain extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) received at the hotel are subject to additional fees. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes imposed will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit.
37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
38- VENÜS TUR may change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program in case of mandatory circumstances or when deemed necessary.
39- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identity cards, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, any expenses incurred for the delivery of the items to the country and/or the individual will be borne by the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health issues with them.
41- For possible additional expenses, the hotel may request a deposit in the form of a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash upon check-in. The deposit requested during check-out is a process between the hotel and the guest, and VENÜS TUR has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel completion.
44- To allow the entry-exit stamps to be stamped on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, you must have at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- The exemption from visa requirements for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit to/from the country will be granted; the immigration officer has the authority to deny entry or exit to the country, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or dual nationals using a non-Turkish passport to join the tour must inquire directly with the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the country to be traveled to, otherwise VENÜS TUR will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid issues with customs officers at the border crossings of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that documents showing the mutual consent of both parents may be requested by customs officers at border crossings; therefore, it is advisable for guests under 18 and their parents to be attentive to this issue.
