Day 1 ISTANBUL - CASABLANCA
We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before our flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to Casablanca with Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, we start our city tour. Casablanca gained fame for hosting negotiations between parties during World War II and intense espionage activities, as well as being immortalized in the well-known Hollywood movie, Casablanca, remembered for the phrase “Play it again, Sam.” Today, Casablanca is an industrial city with one of the largest ports in Africa and the country. Among the places we will see panoramically are Mohammed V Square, the Rick's Cafe inspired by the filming location of Casablanca, Hassan II Mosque, and the vibrant Kordonboyu Corniche, as well as Anfa and Zerktouni boulevards, which are among the most bustling streets of the modern city. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and have some free time. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

Day 2 CASABLANCA - RABAT - FES
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. First, we head to the capital city of the country, Rabat. Surrounded by a eucalyptus and Portuguese mushroom tree forest, Rabat is located on the banks of the Bou Regreg River. Since the exiled king declared his return from this city, Rabat has served as the capital of the country. In Rabat, we will visit Kasbah Oudaya, the Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. After the tour, we move on to Fes. Upon our arrival in Fes, we begin our tour of the Old Capital, Fes - Medina. In Fes, after a walk around the monumental gate of the royal palace, Bab-el Makhzen, and the surrounding Jewish quarter, Mellah, we will visit the Attarine Medrese, the Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, the souk selling traditional Moroccan jewelry and copper items, workshops known for the best ceramic craftsmanship in the world, and the tannery that continues to process leather using traditional methods near the Fes River. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and have some free time. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 3 FES - Chefchaouen - FES
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for the Chefchaouen Tour. After a walk through the labyrinth-like blue streets of the world-famous Blue City Chefchaouen, we will have free time for shopping and lunch for those who wish. After thoroughly enjoying our Chefchaouen tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Fes and have free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

**Day 4 FES - ERFOUD** After having breakfast at the hotel, we head towards the Sahara Desert. Our day will be filled with a journey along the route. On one side of the road, there will be the desert, and on the other side, the Atlas Mountains. We will depart for our sunset tour in the Sahara Desert (with Jeep and camels). We will head to the sand dunes where we will go on a safari. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Erfoud and have some free time. Day 5 ERFOUD - OUARZAZATE
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Ouarzazate. Upon our arrival in Ouarzazate, we will move to the Hollywood (Atlas) Film Studios. Ait Benhaddou, which has been used as a set for many Hollywood films such as The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander the Great, Babylon, as well as for the recent television phenomenon Game of Thrones, will be among the places we visit. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Ouarzazate, a city that has hosted many Hollywood films and welcomed many Hollywood stars such as Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Martin Scorsese, and more, and we will have free time. Dinner and overnight stay will be at our hotel.

6th Day OUARZAZATE - MARRAKECH After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Marrakech. Upon our arrival in Marrakech, we proceed for our tour of Marrakech Medina - Bahia Palace - Jemaa el Fna Square. Today, we receive information about argan oil and exotic spices, and visit the Bahia Palace, adorned with the country's unique tile work called zelij. After our tour, we transfer to our Marrakech hotel and have free time to rest. - Route: Ouarzazate-Marrakech 200 Km (4 Hours) - Culinary recommendation for the day: You must try the freshly squeezed juices at Jemaa el Fna Square.
Day 7 MARRAKECH - ESSAOUIRA - MARRAKECH
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our tour of Essaouira - Along the Argan Trees - by the Atlantic Ocean. In this region, which has the highest concentration of Argan trees in Morocco, we first visit the Argan Oil Cooperative and learn about Argan Oil. Then we arrive in the city of Essaouira, located on the Atlantic Ocean coast. It reminds us of the old Bodrum and is a world-famous former Portuguese city. Designated as a “World Heritage Site” by UNESCO, the city features a fishing port on the Atlantic Ocean, a seaside town intertwined with art and culture, and has served as a backdrop for many productions including Orson Welles' Othello and the recently popular series Game of Thrones. The city’s fortress, fishing port, and Medina inspired by ancient Roman cities are among the places to see. You can explore the city through its narrow labyrinthine streets and enjoy pleasant shopping. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel in Marrakech and enjoy free time to relax. Day 8 MARRAKECH - MAJORELLE GARDEN - ISTANBUL
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, we move on to the tour of the Majorelle Gardens, Yves Saint Laurent's Mysterious Treasure. We will conduct our tour of the Majorelle garden, one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech. The garden was created by the French furniture designer and painter Jaques Majorelle and was shaped into its current form by the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. After our visit to the Majorelle garden, we will head to Marrakech Airport at the time determined by our guide. After handling baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we will begin our flight to Istanbul. After a comfortable and relaxing flight, we arrive in Istanbul, concluding our tour.

GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip; VENÜS TUR can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the trip date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic connecting flights purchased from VENÜS TUR will also be refunded to the guest. If visa services and travel health insurance have been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered used. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different provider independent of VENÜS TUR, in case the trip is canceled by VENÜS TUR, the guest cannot request any fee refund from VENÜS TUR. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour and cannot hold VENÜS TUR responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, VENÜS TUR has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the provision of the tour for the guest will be individually, the included guiding services will only cover the airport transfers for the international arrival and departure.
Cancellation and Change
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date by notifying VENÜS TUR in writing. In case of remaining less than 31 days to the start date of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airline ticket price must be paid. In case of cancellation 15 days or less before the trip start date, the full tour fee must be paid as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services like domestic connection, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request period, thus it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. VENÜS TUR cannot make any commitments regarding the cancelation of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours indicated in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the situations of the museums and historical sites being open/closed and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as a general introduction of the cities and are done panoramically with guidance from inside the vehicle, not including entries to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be the responsibility of VENÜS TUR in cases where they cannot be conducted due to local authority closures or inaccessible routes due to any events on the scheduled day and time of the tour, and also in situations where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may need to be done using public transport or on foot in areas where access is restricted due to closed roads or vehicle entry bans, depending on available options.
7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the closed status of the museum and historical sites while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies to potential changes in flight times.
8- Important considerations for our tours conducted with Speed Boats; guests should not eat heavy meals or drink excessive amounts of water right before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions.
9- There is no refund for services included in the prices if the guest does not participate in the tour or meal services listed.
About Flights
10- VENÜS TUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passengers, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur during scheduled and special flights. VENÜS TUR is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures to be completed for those participating in flights are personal procedures and must be done by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline’s websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.
16- VENÜS TUR is not responsible for guests who do not appear at the indicated airport at the specified times, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination for those who miss the flight are the responsibility of the guests.
17- The general baggage allowance for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENÜS TUR.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be realized depending on the airline's availability after the tickets are issued (check the airline to which you are a member). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.
19- In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may incur additional charges.
Other Matters
20- VENÜS TUR will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of VENÜS TUR will be valid.
21- In cases where only the category information is provided without mentioning hotel names in the tour program and/or if options are presented for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by VENÜS TUR 48 hours before the trip departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, VENÜS TUR will inform the guest 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
23- During the registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/disclose their name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or modification due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your cell phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by VENÜS TUR. While efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms conform to the guest's preferences based on hotel availability, the fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by VENÜS TUR.
27- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfasts traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. They are generally served with limited options typically called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by each hotel and room type.
30- All additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an application for additional beds; the bed designated for the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds or are referred to as couch beds. Our guests accept that there may be congestion in rooms due to additional beds to be added to standard rooms in their triple room and/or family reservations.
33- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults is declared incorrectly in hotel reservations, hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify children's ages.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only applicable when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for a single child that matches the age group accompanying two adults.
35- Daily exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests, some extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such applicable city, tourism, or other taxes are collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.
37- The travel distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, geographic locations of the countries, road works, and conditions.
38- VENÜS TUR may change the order of cities in the program and the airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of emergencies or if deemed necessary.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and VENÜS TUR is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case the forgotten items are found, the expenses for delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- Tour participants are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health issues they may have.
41- For potential extra expenses, the hotel may request an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in, which is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENÜS TUR has no intervention in this process.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
44- To have the entry-exit stamp on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- Being exempt from visa requirements for the countries in this tour does not mean you can enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and VENÜS TUR cannot be held responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using a passport from another country need to consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures for the country to be traveled to, otherwise, VENÜS TUR will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
47- It is necessary to renew damaged, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the visited country; otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent may be asked by the police officer on duty for a document showing mutual consent of both parents at country entry-exit points; it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this matter.
