- At customs crossings/border gates, to have an entry-exit stamp affixed to your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa obtained for the countries in this tour does not mean that one can enter/exit the country; it is at the discretion of the border police to allow entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will join the tour using another country's passport must directly consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, the Agency will not be held responsible for any consequences that arise.
- In order to avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the visited country due to torn, damaged, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew these passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 who travel alone or only with one parent are likely to be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents by the police at the country’s entry-exit points; thus, it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
