On the 1st Day of Our Budva Tour we will meet our esteemed guests at Istanbul Airport's International Departure Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After checking in for our tickets, luggage, and passport, we will fly with Air Montenegro's scheduled flight MNE400 to Tivat. Arrival in Tivat is at local time **. After passport formalities, we will head towards Budva. Upon arrival in Budva, one of the most famous holiday centers in the Balkans with its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife, we will take a walking tour to explore Stari Grad (the old town center) and the castle. Then we will transfer to our accommodation hotel and check in. Guests who wish can enjoy the nightlife of Budva at various beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues. Overnight at our hotel.

On the 2nd day of our Budva Tour, after breakfast, we will embark on an optional full day tour of Kotor and the Fjords (75 Euro). In this tour, we will see Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor, and Perast, and we will also take a round trip by boat to the island of Our Lady of the Rocks in Perast. First, we will head to Tivat to explore the Porto Montenegro marina, known for its luxurious developments. Afterward, we will visit Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage site, illuminated by the Mediterranean sun and wrapped in white stones, known for its tourism and historical significance, including the Kotor bay and its ancient fort town. Kotor, located in the southwest of Montenegro and south of Croatia, features Europe’s largest fjord after Norway, with a natural harbor formed by four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains around the bay descend steeply to the coastline. After our city tour of Kotor, there will be free time for personal exploration and activities, after which we will visit the charming baroque town of Perast, famous for its small islands in Kotor Bay. In Perast, we will enjoy a pleasant boat ride to the island of Our Lady of the Rocks, visit the island, and return. Perast is one of the most beautiful places to swim in Montenegro, so don’t forget to bring your swimsuit. After enjoying the sea and sun in Perast, we will return to Budva. Guests who wish can additionally join the evening Montenegrin Night with live music (75 Euro). In this tour, we will have a special dinner with limited drinks at a beautiful restaurant along the Budva coast, accompanied by live music.

On the 3rd Day of our Budva Tour After breakfast, we will have an extra half-day boat tour of Budva Beaches, Petrovac, and Sveti Stefan (75 euros). In this tour, we start by boarding our private boat from Budva coast, first stopping at Sveti Nikola (Hawai) island, and then swimming at Sveti Stefan island. We continue by boat to the lovely town of Petrovac. We will spend approximately 2 hours on the private boat. Petrovac, a small tourist town on the Adriatic Sea coast, is also one of Montenegro's oldest coastal towns. We enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Petrovac. After a free lunch, we will depart by private vehicle from Petrovac. On the way back, we will see Sveti Stefan from land with its extraordinary scenery. Sveti Stefan, which was once a fishermen's settlement, was expropriated and later sold to a Singapore hotel chain, being restored and promoted for tourism today. In the 15th century, it was a village protected by walls. Up until the 1950s, Sveti Stefan Island was a fishing village and has been a favorite destination for celebrities such as Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe, and Liz Taylor in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. We will take a photo break at a panoramic viewpoint of Sveti Stefan before returning to Budva.
*** Outside the sea season (in Spring, Autumn, and Winter), this tour will be conducted without a boat as the "Budva Beaches, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac, and Stari Bar Tour" by road. Guests can join an extra boat tour on Lake Shkodra in the afternoon, exploring Cetinje, the former Royal Capital of Montenegro, and enjoying a dinner in a National Restaurant (110 euros). In this tour, we will first head to the charming town of Virpazar, where we will take a private boat for a pleasant cruise in the national park of Lake Shkodra. You will have the opportunity to taste famous Montenegrin wines on the boat. Spotting pelicans in the lake, which is the largest lake in the Balkans and hosts around 250 different bird species, will be a lovely privilege. After the boat tour on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, Montenegro’s former royal capital. The panoramic tour will include landmarks such as the old Turkish Consulate, Small Cetinje Square, King Nikola's house, and the historical Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served against the backdrop of the sunset in a famous local restaurant in Montenegro.

With this meal, we will have the chance to experience Montenegro's local cheeses, meats, and wines.

GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; VENUS TOUR can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the trip date. In such a case, cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee is refunded to the guest. Services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from VENUS TOUR will also be refunded to the guest, visa services, and travel health insurance will not be refunded to the guest if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest with the use of the insurance. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance can be canceled, and a refund can be made. If the guest has purchased domestic flight connections from a different supplier independent of VENUS TOUR, in the event that the trip is canceled by VENUS TOUR, no refund can be requested from VENUS TOUR. The guest acknowledges in advance that any material and moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour shall not hold VENUS TOUR responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, VENUS TOUR has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, as the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the package does not include a guide service other than the international round-trip airport transfer.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying VENUS TOUR in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid and/or committed to by SSC TOUR. If the tour start date is less than 31 days away, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee after deducting the flight ticket cost must be paid. If cancellation is made 15 days or less before the tour start date, the entire tour fee must be paid as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund conditions of additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance, as the refund conditions may vary depending on the cancellation request period. VENUS TOUR cannot make any commitments regarding the cancellation refunds of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide due to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of cities and are made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entries, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours mentioned in the program, will not be carried out and VENUS TOUR is not responsible if they cannot be executed due to not being allowed to visit by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, road closures due to any events, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in places where road closures or vehicle entry restrictions apply.
7- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the participant count, the closure situation of the museum or historic site, and other factors related to the content of our tours. This also applies to any changes in flight times.
8- In our tours to be conducted with Speed Boats, attention must be paid to certain issues; heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues or pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.
9- There is no refund for participation in meal services included in the price if participation is not provided.
About Flights
10- VENUS TOUR acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in cases of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will apply.
11- There may be delays or changes in scheduled and charter flights. VENUS TOUR is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline rules; if the departure flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures to be performed for individuals on airplane tours are personal processes, and these procedures must be performed by the guest at the airports prior to the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.
16- Guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by the airlines, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are not held responsible for not being able to fly by SSC TOUR. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their own responsibility.
17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight for these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of VENUS TOUR.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles (to business or first class); upgrades can be made depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline to which your membership belongs). No guaranteed mileage for each flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets are of an upgradeable class.
19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meal/drink and online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- VENUS TOUR shall not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by guests who directly contact the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of VENUS TOUR will apply.
21- In case hotels are mentioned only by category information without specific hotel names in the tour program; or if options for the same destination are offered, the hotel(s) will be informed by SSC TOUR 48 hours before the trip date.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used from locations that are further away than the specified distances. In such a case, VENUS TOUR will inform 15 days before the travel date.
23- During the registration for the purchased tour, it is required that the name, birthdate, and passport number that appear on the passport be entered/declared correctly in the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for any cancellations or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use mobile phones abroad, it must be checked whether your phone is enabled for international use with the company to which your line belongs before leaving Turkey.
25- Check-in time for accommodation is 3:00 PM, and departure time is 12:00 PM.
26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by VENUS TOUR. Care is given to ensure that the reserved rooms are in accordance with the guests’ preferences, depending on the hotel’s availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of entry into the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by VENUS TOUR.
27- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast traditionally expected. It is generally served with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
28- In some cases, a couple’s bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if needed.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel and room type.
30- All kinds of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and depend on the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an application of an extra bed, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than the standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of pull-out beds and coach beds. Our guests accept that the congestion in the rooms due to additional beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations and the type of bed are duly acknowledged.
33- In hotel reservations, if the number of children to be accommodated with adults and their ages are incorrectly declared by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In that case, the responsibility belongs to the guest making the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates apply only if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts are applicable for “one child” that fits the age group when staying with two adults.
35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any extra requests and additional services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges from the hotel and will not be included in the price at the time of purchase and should be directly paid to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have various practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes being applied in this manner will be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
37- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
38- SSC TOUR may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used if deemed necessary without disrupting the content of the program.
39- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications, and VENUS TOUR is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during the delivery of the item to the country and/or to the person are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- It is mandatory for participants in the tour to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and prescriptions if they have any health problems.
41- For possible extra expenses, the hotel may request a deposit in cash or credit card with a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions upon check-in. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and VENUS TOUR has no involvement in this.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date.
44- To be able to have an entry-exit stamp on your passport at the customs crossings/border gates, there should be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into these countries does not mean that you will be allowed entry/exit; the border police have the authority to deny entry, and VENUS TOUR is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship using their foreign passport to participate in the tour must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applicable to the country they will travel to; otherwise, VENUS TOUR will not be responsible for any consequences arising from this.
47- Passports that are torn, worn out, wet, and/or damaged must be renewed to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under 18 must be advised to be cautious, as they may be asked to provide a document showing the consent of both parents while traveling alone or with only one parent during entry-exit from the country; they and their parents should be attentive to this matter.

It was a wonderful tour experience. I felt reborn in the magnificent green of nature. Our guide explained everything in detail, he was very knowledgeable. The depth and beauty of the historical places were truly captivating. Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were filling and varied. I think we could have spent more time in some places, it could have been planned a bit better, but overall the route was amazing. My group mates were also very friendly and cheerful, and I made plenty of new friends. I have an unforgettable experience in my memory. I definitely recommend it!
This trip was a wonderful experience for me and my family! The historical beauties of Safranbolu and Amasra truly amazed us. Throughout the journey, we felt the peace of being in nature, our guide was very knowledgeable and had a great energy. Last month, we joined this amazing Black Sea tour, and I can say we had an incredible experience! 😊 From the very beginning, both the flight arrangements and hotel accommodations were excellent. I can't forget the nostalgic streets of Kastamonu and the delicious fish of Amasra. Encountering its unique nature was truly enjoyable. They had defined beautiful routes, and our professional guide brought the trip to life with their storytelling. 😍 Watching the sunrise in Samsun, with that sea view, was something else. I really didn't want to leave! I'm sure we will join again with a different route next time; we were very pleased!

I was a bit hesitant to join the tour, but we had such a mesmerizing experience! The desert safari in Morocco was like a visual feast; it was amazing to feel the desert atmosphere under the stars. We don’t have the chance to compare in Istanbul, but the culinary culture in Gaziantep at Gap truly delights the palate. What surprised me the most was the generosity of the green in the Black Sea region; it filled me with peace. Not to forget, being able to deeply inhale the atmosphere of the historic houses in Mardin was indescribable. I got so caught up in the Yılan kız kavurması that my stomach revolted.
This tour was truly magnificent! It was especially enjoyable because it was done by flight, and the journey was very comfortable. We started from Gaziantep, where everyone was so hospitable, and the food was excellent. The ruins of Harran in Urfa and the mystical atmosphere in Mardin were something else, like a brief journey through history! Additionally, the Diyarbakır walls looked stunning in the evening lights. A dreamlike visit to Budva followed; visiting Montenegro sparked great interest in me. I will never forget the romance of our stay in Batum and Ayder Plateau. Finally, Cappadocia was something else entirely; the depths of that place appealed to all my tastes. All of this happened in 7 days. It was definitely magnificent!
Last month's trip felt like a dream! The safari in the Moroccan desert made me feel as if I were in another world. Everything was intertwined with both history and nature, and visiting places where the sky is this beautiful broadens one's horizons. I didn't want to return from the explosion of flavors of the dishes we tasted in Gaziantep, Urfa, Mardin, and Diyarbakır. But the real surprise was when I encountered the unique nature of Montenegro, which made me fall in love with it even more. We enjoyed the culture and the scenery! The guides were incredibly informative, highlighting everything in great detail. This trip is definitely memorable, and I would want everyone to experience it.
During my recent holiday period, I had the opportunity to visit a few beautiful cities both domestically and internationally with a tour package. The organization was excellent from start to finish. The hotels, meals, and the historical stories at each place we visited were amazing. For me, Ayder and Cappadocia offered unforgettable experiences particularly. The mentioned airline was comfortable, and the team’s attention made me feel safe. Although there were some minor hiccups towards the end of the season, the warm team quickly resolved them. Overall, the taste of this holiday has stayed with me. It is a magnificent adventure that everyone should experience. I am looking forward to doing it again!
I was really satisfied with the tour, every moment was beautiful. The nature and landscapes were especially impressive. The accommodation hotels were clean and comfortable, and the team was very warm-hearted. The food was quite delicious, and the cultural richness was striking. We didn't face too many issues during our trip apart from some challenging stairs and walking trails. We had a great time with all the participants and created many beautiful memories together. Although some of our plans were interrupted by rain, we generally maintained a high level of enjoyment. Overall, considering everything, the experience met my expectations. I would definitely like to go on the tour again. I recommend it to everyone!
During our trip to Turla, we had a lot of fun and truly learned so much while witnessing different places. Our guide's informative narrations and detailed explanations were the finest parts of our holiday. We captured unforgettable moments by taking photos. The timing, the ample breaks between trips, and the sufficient time allocated for things that caught our attention while we weren't in the city were impeccable. The local dishes were truly amazing and appealing even for someone like me, who is not particularly into cooking. We can't wait to go back and I will definitely recommend this to all my friends.
It was one of the most beautiful tours I have taken recently! Firstly, our guide was incredibly warm-hearted. The destinations were so impressive that they will not fade from my memories... I especially loved the villages that preserved their naturalness; it felt like we were not far from that historical fabric. Along with the natural beauties, we had the opportunity to taste delicious local dishes, which was like a feast. Wandering through the incredible beauties of Cappadocia added a bit more color to my dreams. There were some hiccups on the roads, but the views made us forget all our stress, and I definitely recommend it!

The accommodation options exceeded our expectations; the hotels were comfortable and pleasant. The only downside was that the journey took a bit long, it would have been better if there were a few more stops. Nevertheless, the places we discovered were just as we imagined.
